It was an okay gym. It has a lot of equipment. However, there were roaches running around and I have also been trying to reach them by phone to cancel my membership because I have moved. It’s never staffed so I couldn’t do it in person. They are still charging me no matter how many calls or texts I make.

I was charged for additional 60 days after canceling the membership, this policy was not discussed while I was joining the gym. I was initially informed that I can cancel the membership at anytime.

I’ve been going to fitness on demand for six months. I love this gym. Very good atmosphere and the other members are respectful. Great equipment and music. Robert the owner is a great guy too. Not to mention the pricing is wonderful.

I sweat here, I push myself as hard as I can here, and I hurt after I leave...yet I look forward to going back again and again to keep doing it. I am liking my results and my personal trainer, Wayne Coolidge is awesome!

Robert who owns Fitness on Demand is Super nice and makes you feel very welcome at all times. Gym membership prices here are also very reasonable. I'm really glad I joined!
