My name is Albert and I have been a NASM certified trainer for 3 years. I am currently offering one-on-one, couples and group training sessions outdoors at my home. I specialize in Core strength, Calisthenics, HIIT and weight training.
I believe in individualized training programs, shorter but more intense workouts, a proper meal plan, disciplined fasting and stable sleep patterns to maximize results. Every body is different and fitness and nutrition are not one-size-fits-all.

I started training with Albert in 2021 starting with 2 days a week and working our way up to 5 days a week a year ago. I’m in as good or better shape now than I was when I was younger in the Marines. I think it’s smart to invest in a trainer especially having a career and lifestyle that benefit from me staying in shape as well as my marriage and love life, and the ability to be a better dad. Albert has become a friend over the years and I look forward to our daily training. Side note, he’s a wealth of nutritional knowledge as well.

I started my fitness journey back in 2023, at that time I was overweight and unable to do a single push-up or even a proper lunge without holding onto a wall. Thanks to Albert’s expertise in calisthenics, HIIT techniques, and commitment to challenging me - I've made incredible progress. I can now perform standing rows, deadlifts, various types of push-ups (wide, diamond, tricep, you name it), and have gained noticeable muscle, definition, strength and endurance. Also it helps to have his sweet and just loving dog Josie there for moral support. Whether you’re a novice that has never picked up a barbell or a former athlete trying to get back in shape, I recommend Albert to anyone is looking to transform their fitness. The progress I’ve achieved has been incredible and invaluable, and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey!

I absolutely recommend Albert G. He is patient and knows his stuff. He is very encouraging and not afraid to challenge you. If you want to get strong spend time with him. I went from not being able to hold a plank for a nano second to being able to hold it for 30 seconds. That’s a big deal for me! Invest in yourself. Stemma

If chill vibes and fire playlist was a trainer – Albert’s your guy. I started working out with Albert late March. My older sister who was seeing a trainer suggested that I try out a personal trainer if I really want to get in shape. Until now, I had never been athletic. I’m the girl who if the gym teacher gave you the option to run a lap or write a 5 page essay, I’d take the essay any day. When I started, I couldn’t do push ups, could maybe hold a plank for 10 secs and needed to stand near a wall to balance while doing lunges. Now I am much stronger! I run/walk 4 miles daily, can easily do full body pushups, hold a 1 minute planks, and do multiple reps of standing rows (I couldn’t dare try this months ago because of my weak lower back). Albert is a professional and patient trainer. No matter your fitness level he’s prepared to modify and scaffold your workouts to build your strength and endurance. Can’t do a push up, no worries you’ll start with modified push up pulses for a few weeks. Have a weak lower back, no problem you’ll do rounds of supermans and other core exercises to strengthen. But once you’ve progressed, be ready because he will work you out!

As a woman in her late 40’s, I have struggled to lose weight and build muscle on my own. I have always been active, but losing weight has been more and more difficult over the years. I have been working with Albert for about 2 months and can tell an improved difference in my weight, muscle mass, and overall health. Before I found Albert I was not in a good place with my health and anxiety/ depression. I found him on Google just researching gyms near me and his name popped up and after reading his reviews I decided to reach out to him because I didn't want to go into gyms yet due to covid and anxiety. So I made a leap of faith and emailed Albert to see if he could help me on my new journey to get healthy and he was so caring and genuine and made me feel so comfortable and not judged for being overweight. Albert is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to figure out exactly what your body needs to work on and focus on those spots. I have arthritis in both of my knees and he knows how to accommodate me so I'm not in pain after my workout. He takes the time to get to know you and your situation and to give you advice and tips on how to get to your goal. He keeps the workouts Fun by keeping your mind off of it by cracking jokes the whole time all we do is laugh. Since I've started my journey with him I have noticed so many changes in my body how clothes are fitting me differently I've lost inches all over my body. I started my journey at 325lbs and I am down to 296lbs. My body is stronger everywhere from his expertise Hilt Training. I highly recommend Albert to anyone who is ready to achieve their goals and start on their weight loss journey because he will be such a great support in everyway for you. I cant wait to see my progress with Albert to come feeling good and getting my confidence and self worth back little by little every pound I lose.

Albert creates individualized workouts for the needs of each client. He pushes you to just enough to help you advance but recognizes when you need a break. I was only going to try a few weeks with a trainer and then branch out on my own but Albert is fabulous and very motivating. I always leave feeling so much better, even after a hard day.

Albert has been a God send to me. I’ve gained a lot of weight during the pandemic, and for a few weeks now I’ve been working with him. Albert is everything you want in a personal trainer. Besides the obvious of being extremely knowledgeable, he connected with me immediately and I trusted that he genuinely wanted to help me reach my goals to lose weight and be healthy. He is always there to celebrate my victory's when I text him that I fall through my "homework". He is also fantastic with my kids! My daughter is very shy and he had her smiling and laughing in minutes. My son struggled to give his best effort but Albert had him sweating hard! Can't say enough about this trainer!

Five PLUS stars!! Albert is the best! You never get the same workout twice - he always mixes it up. He will make sure you are doing the exercise CORRECTLY and is very professional. He is super positive and funny! I am enjoying seeing true muscle definition and look forward to my workouts. I am the type of person that hates going to the gym to work out by myself. He is also super flexible with scheduling. I can't say enough good things about Albert!
