Awesome gym. Everyone is respectful.
Evenings may have a bit of foot traffic but early morning or lunch time workouts have very few people.

I have been a member if another gym for the past 5 years I discovered freedom fitness on my commute to rockingham its very clean and has well maintained equipment and the staff is super friendly I usually go there every Friday I'd definitely recommend this gym

Although we were not consistent and didn't get much out of our gym membership, this is a very nice gym. The building and equipment are new, and the staff is friendly. There is a large variety of cardio, resistance training, and weights. I believe they have various weight loss challenges throughout the year. If you are ever in Rockingham, I would highly recommeng this place!

I’ve been calling for over two weeks to cancel my membership as I moved from NC to the west coast. After calling and emailing for about a week and a half and being promised that it would be sent, I still never received the cancellation form. They have a firm rule that you must let them know a week in advance if you’d like to cancel. Of course the form was never sent until 1-day after that notification week mark, in which I was then charged. I called today to see if they would reverse it given it took me two weeks to even get the form and was told they would call back - which they never did. Luckily, my bank is disputing the charge, but I would stay away from this gym. It’s both shady and unprofessional to handle customers in that manner.
