This gym is a super special place. Makala and her team are amazing. I’ve lost around 50lbs over the past 2 years. This place focuses on all aspects of health, including nutrition, exercising and motivation. Yes it’s a full circle! And a great circle of friends. It always feels like a good time even if you are sore and sweaty.

The best gym in Lexington! The classes are designed for ALL levels. The atmosphere is very welcoming and encouraging. Makala challenges you but makes sure workouts are adapted to your level and your form is correct to avoid injuries.

I have been a member of this circle for almost 9 months now. Being one that has been a member of several gyms throughout my life, and have never found the one that i have truly belonged until now!

I have never had a circle that provided this much support, helped someone gain so much confidence, and every single day I leave after a class, I truly feel stronger bith mentally and physically!

I would absolutely recommend Full Circle and do on the daily, as this is truly the place for everyone, no matter your limits and/or restrictions! Absolutely the best team of trainers and the most fulfilling experience ever!

I cannot say enough about this place. My favorite class is Friday morning Yoga with Jan. She is a wonderful instructor and is very knowledgeable always modifying or intensifying every pose to give each person their individual best workout. The gym is always clean and is just a great atmosphere. If you're considering a gym... this is where you want to be!

I workout there 5 days a week. The workouts are geared to make you work hard and build muscle, strength, and balance. I am a senior and use her workouts to strengthen my bones and balance. Love Makala and couldn't get what I need anywhere else! Plus she plays good music!
