My friend and I were visiting Raleigh for Thanksgiving and went to a Lift+Boxing class at Grit City. We LOVED it! Nate was super helpful and informative about the workout and proper form. We loved the mix of weightlifting and boxing and left feeling sweaty and strong! 10/10 recommend Grit City - whether you live in Raleigh or are just visiting!

I absolutely loved my experience at Grit City Boxing! Me and the ladies just had a blast and it was a great challenge of strength and endurance. The boxing coaches were very attentive and motivating. My only complaint is that I don't live closer.

My WWP family and I gad a great workout today. Nate and Jasmine were amazing. Nate took time to build our team up to a solid workout, stress released!!!!! We are truly feeling the after-burn. Thanks Nate and Jasmine!

Loved my first workout! I enjoyed having a variety of exercises along with boxing to mix it up. In my opinion, best of both worlds for cardio and strength training! Nate is one of the best in the business at what he does; he knows how to challenge you without going overboard. After hearing about him opening Grit City after taking his classes at Title, I knew it was a no brainer that I would be sure to become a member at his new gym. The facility is large and spacious, and he offers a number of classes throughout the day to cater to many schedules! Looking forward to seeing how I continue to grow at Grit City!

A Hidden Gem! Best Boxing & Fitness Gym in the Triangle Area!
This place is beyond amazing! Nate runs a fantastic operation there! He is an excellent trainer and he knows the science behind training. He is also a great person; in fact all trainers working there are! Nate not only will be your trainer; he will be your friend! If you are looking for a place to train for weight lifting and/or boxing this is the best place you will find in the Triangle Area! It is always great fun to work out at Grit City Boxing & Fitness.
