I found Hannah after dealing with lower back pain for years. I had tried so many things—PT, chiropractic, massage—and while some gave temporary relief, nothing really stuck.

Working with Hannah has been a total game-changer. She just gets the body in a way that’s hard to explain. Every session feels super intentional, and she’s so tuned in to how you’re moving and what your body needs. You can tell she genuinely cares and really loves what she does.

I didn’t expect to feel this good again. For the first time in a long time, I’m actually pain-free. It’s kind of amazing.

I’d never experienced Assisted PNF Stretching before. Simply put it’s transformational. You get up from the table feeling like a different, pain free and far stronger person. Years of back pain gone in 4 months.  Here’s my story
My initial injury happened in 2007 when I was young and invincible.  I’ve dealt with sciatic nerve pain, lower back pain and stiffness off and on since then. Usually one big flare up and several small flares throughout the year.  Meds, ER Visits, Physical Therapy, and the same advice over and over- “Strengthen Your Core”.  I did that and it seemed to put a band-aid on it. But I was never completely out of pain. I was a little apprehensive, but I started Pilates with Hannah.  After my first session with her, the pain started to go away.  I got out of bed, no pain.  After sitting at work I stood up, no pain.  Back to swimming, no pain.  Driving for 7 hours to Daytona and then back, no pain.    During the workouts with Hannah there was no pain.  It just felt great.  She knew exactly what was wrong with me and how to fix it SAFELY.  She knew I needed to strengthen my back, legs, core, and she did.  My posture is better and I’m more flexible now than when I was in my 30’s. I am forever grateful.  Get yourself out of pain. Go see Hannah.
