This is truly a personal, and warm place. I have done pilates for years in another state, and was looking for a place that could personalize it for me, as I have osteoarthritis. Christina has been great, and on the rare occasion that she is not available, another wonderful instructor is usually offered at a similar time, and day. Love Happy Body!

Had an awesome Pilates class last weekend! I am fairly new to Pilates but have tried other studios in the past. Happy Body definitely stands out at the top. I felt supported, had individualized attention, and the instructor motivated me to keep working towards my goals. The studio was bright and clean and the staff was professional and friendly. Canβt wait to go back!

Happy Body makes my body just that...happy! I have taken private Pilates sessions, group classes, and yoga. As well as receiving Ortho-bionomy sessions. You really can't go wrong. All the staff is top-notch! They are compassionate, highly skilled, and knowledgeable. The studio is inclusive and welcoming. I can't recommend Happy Body enough!

Wow! Jessica is AMAZING and a true healer. I wasn't sure what to expect from Ortho-Bionomy, but the results have gone far beyond my expectations. I went in for chronic insomnia, anxiety, and menstrual cycle issues, and I began to experience almost full relief after only two sessions. The environment is also incredibly friendly, clean, and relaxing, and they are very covid cautious. I really couldn't recommend Happy Body more.

Love Happy Body! The genuine care and consideration of everyone I have encountered there is refreshing. Pilates has helped me get stronger and I have so far been able to be headache/migraine free! The instructors are great and have been really encouraging and knowledgeable. If you've been thinking of trying pilates this is a great place!

A great place for the whole body. If you want a body workout, the instructor are very knowledgeable and work with every skill level and can modify exercises to work with body injuries. They also offer massages and orthobionomy to help realign the body. All instructors, and office manager are great and work really well together. I hurt my back a few years ago and they have helped me alleviate my pain and figure out what I can do when I start having issues again.

I have been doing Pilates now for about 20 years. In three different states. And I have to say with great confidence that Happy Body is rated above the rest . All were good , most great, and I certainly feel I received good instruction and continued believing Pilates was the best training for my body to be heathy, flexible and strong.
However, Happy Body has it all: Great professional confident instructors, well-organized schedule, great class interaction plus clean, welcoming studio. Each student (client ) is encouraged according to their abilities and goals. Classes are never boring; always new things to try, new ways to do things, different ways to challenge yourself
Whether you're just thinking about Pilates or have been doing it for quite a while, Happy Body is the studio for everyone. Give it a try !

Ihave taken Pilates classes at a number of studios in Asheville, and have to say, Happy Body is the warmest, friendliest place I've ever been too. The staff is excellent--the teachers are great and caring about any problems you have, the receptionist is lovely and efficient. Couldn't be happier!

Back, front, side issues accumulated over the years....tried chiropractic treatment, massage therapy, and physical therapy. All worked to a degree. HAPPY BODY classes twice a week helped me turn the corner to feeling consistently better! The instructors are great -- they are well trained and well tuned into each participant, plus each is unique in their approach. Couldn't ask for a better place to create my own Happy Body!

Thanks to all the wonderful Happy Body instructors, I'm am stronger and healthier than I've been in years. They have been able to adapt exercises to accommodate two artificial joints and still give me a good work out. Most importantly, they have taught me a way of exercise that I can do for a lifetime.

I love this place - the vibe is relaxed yet energizing and so welcoming. Every teacher is excellent and meets me at my ability, so supportive and encouraging. I also find that pilates gives me more bang for the buck, as in, more effective workouts, faster results. The yoga classes are huge de-stressers for me and my body thanks me after each class. I've had several ortho sessions with Jess and I'm still in awe of this modality that makes such a difference with chronic pain. I love that there's laughter and a lightness of being at Happy Body - it always cheers me up, and I've never said that about times I've gone to a gym. Highly recommended.

Happy Body is a wonderful studio offering a wide variety of classes and sessions all about feeling good in your body... what could be better?! Awesome to have such great Yoga and Pilates classes all in one space.
As a Pilates instructor myself, I can say with confidence that all the Pilates instructors at Happy Body are well trained, highly skilled and offer uplifting and inspiring workouts. Of course we all crave feeling happy in our bodies, and this team of instructors 'gets it' and delivers it!
