I have been doing the small group personal training with Keri Ann since they introduced the classes in January 2025. The classes are so much fun and we are all getting stronger each week. Keri Ann is great with demonstrating, watching to make sure our form is correct, providing modifications, and giving encouragement. The facility is nice, clean and welcoming. It never feels intimidating or overwhelming. The small group atmosphere is really great. We all encourage each other and enjoy the company and camaraderie as we each reach new levels in our fitness journeys. And, the music selections are always a bonus to bring energy to the space. If you are thinking about working out at Hendo PT…DO IT!! Come join the fun!!

Meg is incredible! I started working out with her over two years ago because I wanted to improve my performance in my sport but was overwhelmed about how to approach strength and agility training. Started going to this place a few months ago and can’t recommend it enough!! keri Ann is my trainer and I can’t recommend her enough! She is kind upbeat and makes my workouts enjoyable! She always checks in during the workout and encourages me to listen to my body and go at a pace good for me! She encourages you while also pushing you to grow which is exactly what I needed! Meg is awesome. I have been working out with her for almost 3 years and while I’ve always been an avid gym goer, I am stronger now than I ever have been. Her workouts have helped me train smarter, not harder.
I worked with her through my entire pregnancy and we switched gears to train for birth and postpartum- I credit Meg for helping me have the unmedicated birth I wanted and helping me to recover so quickly! I've been training with Meg since fall 2021, and it's been a blast! She's sensitive to people's history with body image issues, disordered eating, and the psychological impact of societal definitions of "healthy."

Hendersonville personal training is by far one of the best places I have ever worked out at before! I can not recommend them enough! I have been training with Meg for over seven (!!) years. As a working mom of three with no exercise habits to speak of, Meg guided me through body weight exercises in my living room, weight machines, barbell lifts, and even trying running. Meg has seen my first push-up, my first mile run, my first 10k, and countless days of “I have fifteen minutes, what can we do instead.” She gets what it’s like to have a packed schedule and designs a program that is tailored to what works for me.

Absolutely amazing! I’ve been struggling for the past years to really get the results that I wanted. As soon as I went to Meg, the results hit within a couple of months. She is so knowledgeable and brilliant in her work and how to really help her clients see results and feel their best. She has helped me to really understand what I am doing and what areas to target to get the results that I wanted and got! Meg is an absolutely amazing trainer and human! I went to her several years ago. 45 at the time with all aches and pains that come with getting older. I was upfront about the things that concerned me and she has helped me in so many ways. I did things I never dreamed. I stuck with it (minus a few life crisis situations) because I trusted her fully! She is an absolute stickler for proper form and my knees/back/shoulders thank her for that. I could not recommend her more.

I had a baby in October, and went to Meg for postpartum recovery training. She was thorough and professional, but also so responsive and attentive to how I was feeling and how my body specifically was recovering. She's so much fun to work with, and (now 12weeks postpartum) I feel amazing and am feeling strong and like myself again.
Her training studio is so welcoming and an amazing space to workout in, plus it's intimate so there's no stress like I sometimes feel in a big public gym. I 100% recommend Meg and Hendersonville Personal Training, regardless of your goals they'll be amazing!
