Nice staff. I showed up 11 minutes before closing and was given a tour of the entire facility. Some of the equipment worked, some didnβt. It has always perplexed me that as large as the DOD budget is, why arenβt military gyms amazing?

Good clean, nice facility. With the airforce never really working out, or just the select few that do. It's always pretty open and empty. I never have to wait for a machine. And that's even during the breakfast and lunch rush. Good group of people threat show up here as well. You don't run into the annoying bloggers that set up cameras and pose after there sets and such. Which is awesome.

As someone who's been lifting fairly regularly for the past 15 years, I feel this has everything I need. There's a few niche machines they don't have, but there's more than enough to still accomplish close enough to the same goals.
The times are great, the staff friendly enough. The treadmills are def past their best days, but they're getting new ones soon. The only thing is that I wish they had another small yoga/stretching room with mirrors. The classes are held in there, where items such as bosu balls are held. And the second stretching room with mats has no mirrors and really only accommodates 2-3 people. But overall for free, its a great gym with a decent number of Squat racks, benches, and cardio machines. I love the racquetball courts. They could use a second wallyball net, as they have 1 net but around 4 courts that could accommodate the extra nets.

I love this place I always go and never had a problem until recently I wore the wrong footwear it was crocs got given the whole spill and understood why obviously wearing them at my own risk (i just like wearing my crocs man) but Iβll point out one thing I'm not the biggest guy in the gym but tell me why two other swole guys were also breaking dress code and were not told to leave? Are the workers intimidated by their size? Are they excluded from the same rules? I was just wondering because the worker only came up to me and not the other guys. Not cool at all. But all in all good gym if you wanna break the rules you have to be jacked though .

Not a bad gym, but only having hex plates makes deadlifting and Olympic lifting more difficult, at best.
Lot of the equipment is older. Bars are rusty enough to leave it on your hands, visibly. Got a metal shaving splinter from a cable machine attachment. It's usually slower than other gyms on base... But, that's for a reason. Half the building is blocked off and only usable if you pay for an instructor.
Go to Ritz Epps.

This is a solid gym, but Iβm really disappointed that the sauna (as well as the saunas at Ritz-Epps, Funk, Tucker, & every other Bragg gym) is closed, & has been for years. This wasnβt due to COVID either, as I remember it being closed for at least a year before lockdowns happened. Bring the saunas back! The people deserve it!

This is the place for an all-body workout, minus cardio. Unfortunately, it's only open to Active Duty members. But if you are Active Duty, and you want to workout without a huge crowd unlike pre-COVID days, then you're in luck! The only catch is you must wear a mask while inside the gym. I think it's a small price to pay for a non-crowded gym. Limited hours and currently closed during the weekends. Great Staff!!!
