Very impressive gym with many different types of machines for full body workouts. Waiting in line for a machine is not necessary due to the gym providing an adequate amount of equipment. Personal trainer, Garrett Hart, with his bachelor degree in exercise science and his years of experience is the best you could ask for in your exercise program. His dedication to the wellbeing of his clients is impressive. He truly loves helping others achieve their wellbeing goals.

Do NOT recommend. I signed up solely for the 24-hour aspect and the extra niceties like the sauna, BUT you can't use them after reg hours. AND they force you to pay for an additional two months after cancelling w/ the only exception being your death. AND again, they charge you hidden yearly fees. Not a lawyer, but this seems like fraud to me.

Edit Response: If you were so up and up you wouldn't be trying to charge me for an additional 2 months after I request cancellation. You'll hide behind your sketchy contract; and apparently I'll need a lawyer next time I sign up for a gym membership.

Absolute garbage policies. My wife moved out of state and HiTone will not accommodate cancelling her membership, even though proof of my address (paid county tax) and marriage license has been given. Them answering/returning calls is rare. The asinine requirements for membership cancelation is what I expect from greedy bankers and car lots, not from a gym. This is why people should ditch them for the small local gyms. Shame on you HiTone.

I don’t know what has happened to this place over the years but the money grab has become pretty obvious. First they switched to a third party billing service that makes it impossible to get out of a contract they don’t even inform you you’re in (just like they don’t tell you about their annual “maintenance fee”) Now this month they raised my son’s student rate of $24 to $49 with zero notice. The girl I talked to (who was very nice and apologetic)said they “upgraded” everyone’s membership to their top tier membership. As a business owner myself, I can’t imagine doing this to my members, more than doubling their charge with no notice.
That being said, I gave them two stars because it is a nice gym, they’re 24 hours and my son loves it there so I’m keeping his absurdly high membership going (if someone WANTS all these extras it’s worth it but he’s a 16 year old boy who just wants to go lift weights).
So, I’m not necessarily saying “don’t join this gym” but I’m warning people that they will be roped into a contract that will even be hard to cancel once their year is up and to expect more charges than what they’ve been told.

It's very clean. The people who work out here are friendly, and I feel safe working out here late at night by myself when I get off work. I appreciate how well-lit the parking lot is. I also enjoy the variety of machines that they have, some of which I'd never used or seen before. I'm happy that I have somewhere I can go work out after work!

I was a member of the previous gym in this location, and now am a happy and proud member of the current business, HiTone. Both businesses have been managed by Josh, who is the friendliest person you'll ever meet. The other staff are always friendly and pleasant; never pushing anything on me. As a female, I feel comfortable going to this gym. I'm always greeted when I walk in and when I leave. I'm thankful to have a gym in our small town that is so personable.

The worst place ever my gf and I had been a member for over year and I did a credit card change on my end and I went in gave them my new card change in fact I even told them I like too pay for my membership in full then I got my card bill for 198$ for one month and in fact the manger had told me previously that he give me a better rate . Yes it's a 24 hr gym but u can't use the two items that they have unless staff is there so that's not totally 100% 24 hrs . I called and asked too speak too the manger his name is Josh yes he refunded the money after I saw the charges and infact I ask him for the owners contact information and yet would send it too me so there guys watch this place they charge u a 3 dollar card fee when u use a credit card and u can't pay cash that's not how it's post too be . Only charge when u the customer can't choose too use card and offer cash payment but look at the statements on ur card and the manger will not give u the owner contact information and u can't pay for a year at time they are on the make the most money for there membership do the math guys u can go too peak performance for whole year at 400 hundred bucks and some changes and if the manger won't give u the owners information what eles is hidden so if the owner don't want the post on there they need too check into too things and yes Mr Josh I have the owners names I hope they reach out too me on this matters Gary and Dave thanks for cheating me out of money for over a year

Joined about a month ago and have loved it so far! Has everything I need for lifting heavy or for any other workout you do! Sauna and tanning bed are big pluses! The staff is very nice and helpful. Dylan was the first employee I met, he’s very approachable and helpful! Really made me feel at home on my first day there. I freaking love HiTONE!!! I love the brightness of the gym! Everything is so clean. And the staff treats you like family which is great because it allows you to make new friends in the gym because they introduce you to other gym members! I love that there are big sections to do certain workouts! 10/10 recommend. These are one of those gyms that you don’t necessarily have to know how to workout because the machines and line ups are so easy to figure out it out. But you can always ask the staff how to do something if you don’t know! Or just take it easy and watch some tv or listen to music on the treadmill or elliptical!

Someone complaining about cleanliness...don't pay attention. They simply addressed planet fitness for example and that should be all you need to know about this person. First off, employees here are awesome, go speak with Josh or Peyton, but they'll are pretty cool. The gym isn't dirty, I've watched each machine get individual cleaning once they opened back up after shutdown. I've seen the bathroom destroyed by members then cleaned up completely the next day. The lady for their special fx4 program or whatever it's called is extremely knowledgeable if you want extra attention and training. My debit card has been replaced a few times and they called saying my payment was denied, gave them my new card and no extra fee and was cool about it. It's a great gym, don't believe the "two star planet fitness guy"

This place is in desperate need of cleaning. The lockers are filthy, The bathroom stalls are falling down, the machines have an inch of dust on them. Staff doesn't do anything to clean. At planet fitness the staff always cleaned the machines weekly (pre Covid). It was shared among the staff. This has the potential to be the best in town if these problems are addressed.
