I had an incredible experience today with chloe and taylor, i enjoyed my experience with hotworx for over a year now with the staff, the sanitation of the gym etc. and they made it super easy to cancel my membership unlike other gyms i’ve been to due to my husband PCSing. I will definitely be continuing my membership with hotworx at my other location. Definitely recommend giving it a shot!

Had trouble with sauna 1 (iso) for multiple days now, and usually I’m not one to complain but for the surplus amount of 64 dollars I pay monthly I atleast expect the bases of hotworx (the saunas) to work when I come. Left me totally disappointed my last few visits.

New member as of 27 January 2025. Awesome staff and gym. I can’t express how nice it is to be able to go workout and just be at peace with feeling comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that I did actually feel that I worked out for a hour after doing hot stretch.☺️ I slept like a baby that night. I am looking forward to having more positive experiences. I’m glad I found this gem of a gym 😄

I have worked out my whole life and always use the gym sauna - which has made HotWorx the perfect combination. The instructed classes along with the infrared sauna has so many benefits and the gym equipment is a great setup. The staff at the Jacksonville, NC location are extremely helpful. Don't bother going if you're above 6'2"... your head will be bashing into the ceiling during the cycling class and yoga will feel cramped. I liked the concept, but the delivery was too claustrophobic for me. Also, this place has got to have a HORRIBLE environmental impact, no? Many, many saunas kept pumping 24/7? How many people are actually using the saunas at 3:00am to justify the energy expenditure needed to keep them on 24/7?

Enrolled during presale so I went into it blindly. One of the best decisions I’ve made!
I was stuck in a rut, 180lbs after 3 kids. I couldn’t get the weight off and didn’t feel like myself. Going into the studio every morning set me up for success. I had the me time I needed to start my day off right.
