“My” HotWorx is the best. I talked my sister into going for her introductory session(s) at one closest to her. The small, helpful things they told me in the beginning, things I didn’t have to waste time figuring out on my own, the failed to tell her. She did Stretch one day and Cycle the next. They stressed “no shoes” the first day so when she dressed for Cycle the next day, she wore Crocs….easy to slip out of but hard to Cycle in. They failed to point out that all seats in Cycle aren’t the same size. The Row machines aren’t all the same resistance. Thus, she got frustrated and probably won’t join. AJ is the best!!

I have the Sweat Everywhere membership, which I have taking full use of by working out at Gordon Road and Monkey Junction location, and my home location Midtown.
