You will have the full attention of your personal trainer at every session, observing your quality of movement and helping you make adjustments when necessary. We continually monitor how your body responds to training and fine tune your program to optimize your results.

After doing a Google search at the end of last year, I discovered Ignite and picked Leah as the Personal Trainer to work with. Things could not have worked out any better!
Leah is amazing to work with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional and always well prepared for our training sessions. She is 100% engaged, always observing and guiding to make sure I’m following proper form to get maximum results. In addition, she adapts on the fly based on my circumstances. If I come in with an injury, she adjusts the program to work around it. She’s always taking notes and making adjustments to meet my needs. And she’s always encouraging and checking to make sure I’m getting the most from the work we are doing.
As for Ignite, the facility is top notch! Every PT has a station with everything they need. Their scheduling and payment system works great too, making it easy to do business.
Thanks to Leah/Ignite, I’m in the best shape in years and more flexible than I’ve been since I can’t remember!
Highly recommend Ignite and especially Leah if you’re serious about hitting your goals!

Training with Nicki is one of the major highlights of my day! She has helped me boost my confidence in myself. I have done things that I have never ever thought about doing, like competing in their powerlifting competition! She has created such a safe space for me and has always gone above and beyond for me. I’m three sessions in with Leah and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. She works you, but she encourages instead of pushes (though she probably would if you needed that) and keeps a strict eye on your form throughout to make sure you’re getting the most out of everything. She’s a pleasure to work with and super friendly to boot! The facility itself is nicely appointed with lots of quality equipment, and best of all it is very reasonable price wise. Recommend giving it a go!

I've been working with one of their trainers (Nicki) for a bit over a year. She's great to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and works well with any particular goals and physical limitations you have. Cannot recommend her enough.
The facility is also excellent. It's divided across two buildings, and both spaces are well lit, clean, and have a variety of equipment.

It’s been a year since I called up Ignite Fitness, and met my personal trainer, Trent Jeffords. Since then, he has literally changed my life. Going from an out of shape middle aged man, to a fit, strong , healthy confident person again.

I‘ve been working with Trent now for a little over a year and couldn’t be happier with the progress I made. Trent is a phenomenal trainer, he prepares every session diligently which to me makes all the difference. First off, this gym is a vibe. You have one on one personal training, and that’s all. Not an audience watching you work out. My trainer is Kayla; she fully understands the assignment and how to keep me motivated with my training. As a person who hated working out, I can honestly say now, with the training I’ve received from her, it’s a desire to achieve the next level, and I’m grateful that I found a trainer that gets it💪🏽💪🏽.

Ignite Fitness is a great gym. Well, really, 2 smaller gyms, which is great because there are only about 3 clients and trainers working out in each gym at a time. Kayla is my trainer and is probably the best trainer I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable and during our circuits corrects my form is such a way that I instantly feel the burn in the right place. I feel noticeably stronger and healthier, and feel so lucky to have found her and Ignite. Highly recommend!

Very nice gym in a walkable neighborhood - if you live close to the downtown, you might be able to walk there. You need to hire a trainer and schedule an appointment to be able to exercise (no walk-ins), but this works great for the motivation, and the prices are very reasonable. There are two separate gyms in neighboring buildings, so the place usually isn't busy.

Ignite is one of the best spots around. The gym is always clean and organized. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve worked mainly with Alexis who has listened to my needs and supported my goals while also pushing me to my capacity. I trust her completely as she is clear in what she has me do and why. I had painful and weak back issues for more than 10 years. I was visiting my chiropractor at least 6-8 times in a month before starting my training with Frank. I only work with him twice a week for 30 minutes each. It's been about 6 months since I am training with him and I haven't had any chiropractic services in last 3 months. They work with whatever the client's goal is - be it weight loss, maintenance or any specific issues like mine. The gym is always very clean. I would highly recommend this place. For the best experience in personal training IGNITE FITNESS in Apex off of Williams St. is the perfect spot to find the best experienced trainers who give you the best training that you will be exposed to. The staff is very friendly and well trained to give you the experience and the confidence in obtaining your goals.
There has also been a recent addition of a new facility opened nearby the older facility that is awesomely stacked with new equipment.

You always wish that when you throw a dart, it hits bulls eye . That’s what happened with me about 4 months back ,when I was looking to join a gym and sign up with a trainer . Been working with Tim since January building muscle and losing weight (12.5 lbs.). He obviously knows what he is doing as he is a competitive body builder. He has done a great job balancing pushing us past our comfort zone but not past our limits. He really takes the time to help you understand the exercises, how to do them properly and why they are important. This place is pretty great. It is a gym that specializes in personal trainers. No contracts or memberships here at all. You find a trainer and book a time with them, and if you want to make a regular thing of it (and you probably will) you can book far ahead.
Their prices are very competitive with getting a personal trainer at a larger gym.
In my experience this has been an amazing supplement to my home workouts.

I have been going to ignite fitness Apex for few months now. My Personal trainer is Marie. Marie has amazing knowledge regarding strength training & exercises. She does a custom workout plan for me every session. She also makes sure I get a complete body work & just not focus on one area of the body in every session. She’s very amicable & motivates you to do better. I could gradually see myself getting better with every session with her. She makes sure that 30 minutes is utilized completely. I highly highly recommend Marie for your 1:1 strength training. The gym is also neat & clean with great condition equipments. They are following all Covid protocols.

I can not say enough great things about this gym and the team that works here. First, it is super clean. Second, the gym is so well equipped and the owners are always on the look out for additional equipment that provides value to their clients training. And the best part is they are expanding! I have been training with Alexis for almost 4 years and I absolutely love it! I'm not great at motivating myself to work out and Alexis has been the perfect fit for me. She knows when to push me and when to not push too hard. We do a variety of exercises from weightlifting to cardio to incorporating yoga and it always keeps me engaged and never dreading working out.
I broke my foot a couple years ago and she came up with workouts that I could still do while I was healing and helped me improve my mobility after the boot came off.
Since the beginning of my workout journey I have noticed significant improvements in my abilities, how I look and how I feel about myself. I just can't say enough good things about Ignite Fitness and Alexis! I would recommend Ignite to anyone!

I have been training with Frank for the last 9 years and during that time I feel like I have gotten an incredible value from his deep knowledge I have recovered from over five knee surgeries thanks to his help in not just general fitness but dealing with orthopedic weaknesses that would have hampered me greatly had it not been for Frank's health. Also his style is very low-key and he's not a "Ra-Ra" trainer that can be annoying if that's not your style. He's a perfect fit for a curmudgeon like me. Also I have trained with Alexis who is much more vocal and upbeat. Both of them along with their other trainers seem to be quite a notch above the "globogyms". Ignite Fitness is not just a weightlifting gym both Alexis and Frank are certified yoga instructors and have numerous modalities for training, whether you are a high performance athlete or a desk jockey looking for improvements in your quality of life, Ignite Fitness is the best gym in the area in my opinion.

My wife and I have been training with Dylan for over a year now, and it is one of the best things we've done for our health, fitness, and overall well-being. We hadn't been regular gym members for a while, and Dylan personally plans workouts catering to each of our preferences and goals. Our exercises vary so there's no getting bored of repeatedly doing the same thing.
The facility is well stocked, and there's never more than about 6 people in the building at once, which is fantastic. All of the trainers are enthusiastic and genuinely nice people. I have been training with Dylan 2x per week for over 6 months. I have markedly more strength but more importantly have reestablished a love of fitness and reprioritized my health. Dylan continues to find ways to challenge me during each session and makes training fun. I have some preexisting injuries that Dylan has been able to appropriately modify exercises as needed, always ensuring that I can work hard without risk of injury.

I went for a few sessions at ignite fitness. It was ok. My expectations of personal training was a bit more fast paced. I feel like there was a lot of downtime changing machines and adjusting things etc. I paid at the end of the week $84. I got home and got a text that my card declined. Which I thought was odd. So I went on their website and paid it without thinking. I checked my card a couple days later and there was two charges for $84. I texted the owner Frank. He claimed sometimes the systems shows two but it will reverse. I waited a day. It did not. So I texted Frank again. He asked me if I had venmo or another app to refund the charge. I was taken aback. It didn't make sense to refund me on a different app.Frank claimed it will take weeks for them to refund it. It did not. My card company refunded it in a week.

I cannot say enough great things about this facility and the trainers that work there.
4 months ago I contacted Frank in desperate need of help with my weight, strength and overall health. I’m 46 and at the time I felt 70.
Fast forward 4 months, they have helped me drop close to 50lbs and have completely transformed me physically (both in regards to strength and mobility) and mentally. I feel great and look forward to going to the gym to continue my journey.
I have trained with both Frank and Dylan and both are outstanding trainers. The workouts are hard (they’re supposed to be) but they do a great job of mixing it up and adding a lot of functional movement to the workouts, not just straight strength training.
I cannot recommend this gym enough, they have truly helped me turn my life around.

I've been working with Caroline at ignite fitness since February (I do zoom workouts with her now because of the covid) and she has been amazing! Working out at the physical gym itself was nice and they kept it very clean, but I still feel like I'm getting a great workout at home with the help of Caroline. She is very good at motivating you and has such a positive attitude. I have been fortunate enough to have known and worked Frank for about a decade. I think that is quite rare in this industry. He was recommend to me through a friend when I needed some help in improving my fitness game. The solo gym approach did not work for me. I needed more help to attain some of my fitness goals.
The thing I admire most about Frank was his adaptability to my ups and down in my fitness journey. I have had many injuries through the years, struggled to stay consistent, and fought with my diet but with Frank he adapted to everyone of my needs and his encouragement and adjustments have continued to help me healthier and more fit individual. I have known Alexis for more than 5 years now and I can honestly say she is the best personal trainer I have ever had the pleasure of training with. I came to her looking for a trainer that didn’t offer the standard “women’s workouts”. I wanted to lose weight but she quickly made me realize how awesome it was to be strong. I have been going to Frank for over a year now. I have been a fitness enthusiast for most of my adult life. My goal when I got to Frank, was to increase muscle mass and reduce body fat percent; in short, I wanted to get stronger.
To start off, Frank will be extremely attentive to your goal/s. He designs a workout program specific to your goal/s. He also ensures that you never lose sight of your goal/s. He is immaculate in taking you through your daily reps and has the unique ability to push you to your limit and bring you back; before you realize it, you would have exceeded your limit.
For those of us who have no idea of what our goals are, he is really good at setting a baseline and establishing goal/s for us to follow.
I have tried several trainers in the past. Most trainers are bad listeners or are in it for the money. Frank has none of those traits.
If you are serious about your fitness goals, I would highly recommend you talk to Frank!!
