My assessment with Jess was great! She has a fun personality and is very knowledgeable in this field. I look forward to a few sessions in the near future to keep me on track with my neck/ shoulder and leg pain.

10/10 recommend Jessica at In Motion- mooresville location. I started seeing Dr.Jess about a month ago and I was in terrible pain, lots of sleepless nights, decreased mobility in my shoulder/neck/arm and feeling pretty hopeless but adamant about not seeking surgical or pain mgmt interventions. After about 4-5 dry needling/PT sessions I’m back to enjoying my life! I can hold my daughter ❤️, work without constant pain, and I’m slowly and steadily starting back into my run training. Beyond grateful for Dr.Jess!

I came to In Motion Mooresville, and more specifically Dr. Jessica Kaplowitz, barely able to walk with severe knee pain. I am a novice age group triathlete, and was about eight weeks away from two races.
Before I was going to decide to drop out of these races, I thought I would give PT a try as a last resort, having tried numerous things on my own to relive my knee pain and swelling, I was not very hopeful.
I had never gone to PT before, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Upon meeting Jessica, my nerves and negative thoughts were quickly dismantled.
With her friendly demeanor and expert knowledge, I left the initial evaluation filled with hope and a desire to push on to race day.
I committed to twice a week visits, and Jessica put me through various degrees of exercise and mobility training with such a precise degree of knowledge that my knee pain literally melted away after a handful of visits.
Being pain-free wasn't enough for Dr. Jessica she wanted to see me get to both starting lines and recommended dry needling in combination with PT. I fear needles as a lot of folks do, but she made me feel comfortable enough to give it a try.
I was amazed at how easy and painless she made the dry needling experience...and that was a game changer.
I am forever grateful to Dr. Jessica for giving the hope and the ability to make both starting lines and to perform up to my abilities pain-free.

This is my second time working with Gary Holland after having some pretty significant injuries which required surgery. There is no one. I would trust my health too other than him because of his deep level of understanding, and also his ability to motivate me to push myself through discomfort to get to the objectives that I have For myself. If you are in need of real therapy and have even the remote example of a complex case this is the trainer that you want to connect with.

I booked an appointment with Sheryl for a massage. She is awesome! The best massage ever. Afterwards, she gave me pointers on exercises to help my bad spots. I highly recommend her for your next massage. You don't know what you are missing until you try her .

After inflaming my accessory navicular bone in my left foot, I came to InMotion Fitness for physical therapy. I am so happy with my decision because I was able to avoid getting surgery, strengthen my ankle/foot, and play soccer again in no time with the help of Jess! I love In Motion Mooresville! Mackensey is a great coach that has built me a tailored a strength program that I enjoy and continues challenging me as I get stronger. She educates me on form and adapts exercises on the go if she needs to. She knows I love barbell exercises so has incorporated them throughout :) We also order nutritious pre-made meals at In Motion, which is so helpful during busy weeks. Don't hesitate to go to In Motion - the staff are kind and welcoming and you'll feel your strongest ever!

Came here to begin making the transition from physical therapy to personal training. I have neuropathy and sciatica pain, especially in right leg. My physical therapist Jessica is nothing short of amazing. She listens, supportive in my goals and provides exercises that leaves me in less pain than I came in with. After working for several months with two of the physical therapists at In-Motion (with fantastic results), following a complete shoulder replacement, I began working with Spencer Metz in May of 2022. As a complete paraplegic, it is very important to keep my upper-body in as best shape as possible, and Spencer did an excellent job in assisting me to so. His sessions were well planned out and varied, which certainly kept me motivated. Unfortunately, a few medical issues have had me sidelined for the past several weeks, but once I’m fully recovered, I will resume my sessions with Spencer.

Great boutique gym. Love the specialized training that I receive from my trainer Spencer Metz. The best part of my training is that it's always something different at each session. He is very knowledgeable on ways to get the right results with alternative ways to do the same workout in different ways. Facility is nice and clean. It's a smaller facility but I like it better than a large gym. Would highly recommend In Motion if you're looking to start a workout regiment.

I was the nanny to 2 young boys. Motion Fitness had the patience and expertise to help them grow into balanced young men. As one is autistic they related to his needs and helped him understand the importance of being active and how working out is important to being in good physical condition. I came into In-Motion for physical therapy with a herniated disk injury around February. As a young athlete, I was heartbroken that I didn't have the mobility I was used to anymore. I had difficulty walking and flexibility was almost entirely out of the picture. I met with Lauren and quickly my back injury got better and better. I am so thankful for this business that is attentive to their clients needs and serves quality to the best of their ability. Roughly four months later, the effects of my back injury have almost entirely reversed and I feel so much better than I thought I would. Thank you!
