Tara is amazing! Every morning when I get up I have pain in my lower back. Through a 1 hour stretch and workout with Tara all of it disappears and she has taught me morning stretches that help until the next session with her. I continue to do all the activities I love, snow and water skiing, hiking and biking at 68 years old thanks to Tara!

Coach Tara is absolutely outstanding!! I came to her after having my first baby and she made sure all my work outs safely addressed any of my problem areas. She always had new moves for me to try and was extremely encouraging while still challenging me. I’m so happy I found her while I was getting out of the postpartum slump. Finding Tara was a true blessing. I was at a point that I needed to make huge changes with my health and fitness. I wanted a trainer that could work one on one instead of joining a gym, and I just googled it and read all of her great reviews and knew she was the one. And she is! From the first day I met her, I instantly knew she was going to be a perfect fit. Years ago when I got a trainer, it wasn’t the best experience, so I just assumed that was how personal trainers were so I never looked for another one until this past July. Tara also has a lot of education in nutrition which is also what I needed. In just 3 months, she has completely changed my poor eating habits which I never thought I could do. My friends and family can’t believe it! As far as exercise, Tara never makes it boring. Every single session is a new regimen which I love. She pushes you slowly over time without you even realizing it. One thing I love best about her is that she will adjust my workout on days that I have any issues such as a migraine, high stress from work, back pain, etc. She is so positive and motivating throughout her entire sessions. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is. Working with her has been a true life changer for me, in the best way. I highly recommend her!!

I had good intentions for years to work out and to get into shape. My few attempts at exercising were short lived and frequently ended abruptly due to my pulling a muscle or worse. 8 months ago I decided to give myself a birthday present of personal training with Tara. I only wish I had done this sooner. Tara has been amazing in personalizing all of my strength training sessions to exactly where I am at the time. She is especially careful about modifying exercises given my lack of mobility in one foot.
I find that the time I spend working with Tara is extremely effective because everything is personalized and she moves me quickly from one exercise to the next with just the right reps and load to challenge me. Tara is very professional and knowledgeable yet personable. I look forward to my strength training sessions. I could not be more pleased with the changes in my physique and endurance as well as the healthy eating habits that Tara has brought about in me.

Tara is amazing!! I had been trying to get a plan together on my own for some time. However, due a whole lot of inconsistency in my own work schedule and in my kiddos’ schedules, I couldn’t ever get into a productive rhythm. Tara took the time to listen to my needs, provide options and come up with a fantastic plan that worked great for me! Her work-outs produce outstanding results, and her recommendations regarding diet/nutrition were not only dead-on, but perfectly sustainable. I feel so much better! I have more energy, my clothes fit better, and best of all my overall mood has improved. If you’re looking for someone who is super knowledgeable, attentive and dedicated to helping you meet your goals, you definitely want to call Tara!
