KISS Yoga offers in-studio and online zoom classes. Our classes and teachers are diverse and unique. Our classes range from Yin, Restorative, and Gentle Yoga to Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yogastha Sadhana. All classes are taught in an adaptive and supportive environment. Check out our class schedule online.
We also offer events and retreats for people to share the yoga experience including team building workshops, family gatherings, and other special functions with a yoga and/or meditative focus.

Wonderful yoga studio. Intimate setting. Wide range of classes and times offered for every level of practice, for beginners, and for seniors as well. Zoom participation is also an option for most classes!

With a balance of strength and flexibility poses mixed with words of meditation, KISS Yoga meets all my needs. I love all the teachers who work hard to offer a variety of routines. After three years of participating, I am more flexible and stronger and feel much younger than when I started.

I love Kiss Yoga. A peaceful and loving way to begin or end my day. The instructors are excellent and provide a wonderful yoga experience. It is a kind and caring environment. There are many classes to meet your yoga level - gentle, hatha, restorative, core strengthening, slow flo and much more. There are even free community classes.

I look forward to my yoga sessions via zoom for Kiss Yoga. They are the best!! They are creative, knowledgeable, and caring instructors. I personally do not feel I am not as important by participating via zoom. I get as much attention as anyone else in the class. And before I moved away from OIB, I was an in class student. No different via zoom. Please, do yourself a favor and try Kiss Yoga. You will not regret it. ❤️

Kiss yoga is a truly wonderful experience. The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable, and more than willing to accommodate and help with alternative poses if necessary. The sessions are well structured and there are a variety of different classes offered. I would highly recommend this studio and am thankful to have the opportunity to attend.

Staying in OIB for the week. Pam is a v skilled yogi, we attended her slow flow class. Super clean studio, free mats available, great instruction. This is not your typical “vacation yoga class”, this is a legit great studio. Will def be back when we’re in town again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting KISS Yoga, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The studio itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a serene and tranquil environment. Pam, the instructor, was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and attentive.
