Kit has massively helped me with my postnatal fitness! I was clueless about what exercises I needed to do to achieve my goals after pregnancy, but Kit has given me an amazing training plan (which he continues to modify as I need) and this has given me so much more confidence.
I did in person sessions with Kit in London and since moving, have continued with online coaching sessions.

First, let me share that I am male, with a sixty-nine year-old's body and a six-to-nine year-old's mind. I have very little self motivation and expertise when it comes to going to a gym and working out, and I need an encouraging, knowledgeable trainer to get me through workouts. Boy, have I found that with Kit; he's a real treasure. You know how you hate going TO the gym but are usually glad afterwards that you did, you feel so much better, etc? Well, working with Kit has made me WANT to go to the gym, not dread it, and I always leave his sessions with a sense of strength and accomplishment and power...AND I had a great time! When a personal trainer combines a tough workout routine...he pushes me...with efficient use of time and lots of sweat AND you enjoy every minute, it's a very satisfying experience all-around. I have been training with Kit for over a year with the goal of gaining strength and muscle, and I'm very grateful for is patience, motivation, competence...and sense of humor. FIVE STARS! I wish there was a SIXTH STAR option!

Kit is a great personal trainer. He helped me achieve my goals and then some! I trained with kit for 3 years and within that time I completed a tough mudder, triathlon & ride London. I never thought I would be able to achieve these physical feats but with kits help I did! He is a great motivator and personalises every session to suit my needs. I also have had surgery on my knee which he accommodates for when it is playing up. I would recommend kit to anyone looking to get in shape and live a healthier life

Having spent my younger years lost in the daily routine of raising a family and working, I was never able to focus enough on my own health and exercise. And now that I’m in my 50’s I’ve been trying to exercise more. Being a little on the shy side I was intimidated by trainers and athletes. Kit is so fun to train with and really effective. He’s super flexible with how he can structure sessions to make sure you’re getting what you want out of it. He knows how to push me past the point I would push myself but not far enough that I’m risking injury or miserable. I’ve never been a morning person but I can’t think of a better way to spend an hour twice a week before my work day starts than training with Kit.

Absolutely brilliant. I had in person sessions with Kit as a complete beginner for a year and he was so good at getting me comfortable in the gym and encouraging me to do my best. Kit has an excellent combination of fun enthusiasm and serious expertise. Since then Kit has supported me with diet plans and other nutrition advice, more gym programs and any other questions I have had on the way. Needless to say I am VERY happy with my progress. My Kitnetic experience was incredible! I wish I lived local to Raleigh / Durham to take classes and work with Kit more often. The workout was challenging and modifiable for more / less intensity.
