I could not say more great things about Kris Lang and KLSC! We’ve had 3 birthday parties there, my kids have gone to childcare there several times, and also summer camps. It’s always an excellent experience and top notch. Especially considering convenience, price, and my kids love for sports! 10/10 recommend every time.

I signed up at the Kris Lang Complex back in May, and even though it’s only been a few months, it already feels like home. This place offers so much more than just a gym — there's basketball, baseball, boxing, robotics, and even a chill zone. I love how committed they are to the community and to uplifting the younger generation. They’re always working hard to improve the facilities, and I constantly see the staff cleaning and maintaining the space.
Let me share a quick story that shows what kind of place this really is: on June 28, I accidentally left my daughter’s iPad by the squat rack. We didn’t have “Find My” turned on, so we thought it was gone for good. Weeks later, they found it while cleaning and returned it to us. That level of honesty and care speaks volumes.

Best party place in Gaston County! Kris, Tray and his staff are so accommodating. We’ve had 5 parties and done everything from football, soccer to basketball. My son has also trained on the baseball side.

This is the perfect place to have a birthday party for your child! This is our third time having one here. They do all the set up and clean up and you just show up! Julian did a fantastic job leading all the games for a bunch of 13 year old boys and girls. He set up basketball and dodgeball games.

I don’t think anyone understands how awesome this place is… just left on Christmas Day and Kris Lang (owner) is vacuuming the floors himself so his staff can be home for Christmas. He could have closed the gym but kept it open. This owner cares. I’ll be a member as long as it’s here.

I love this place. I hadn't exercised in many years, and randomly came here for a birthday party. I decided to sign up and try to get back into shape. I've been going 4 to 5 days a week, and it's PERFECT. When I get tired of lifting, I go play Basketball, when I get tired of that, I go play baseball. There is literally something for EVERYONE. I highly recommend it, as it's the best Gym that I have ever been to. My only recommendation, would be a Bathroom remodeling, hopefully on the roadmap in the near future.

Great place to play ball during the work week however, weekends the gyms are rented out at varying times and their websites not always updated. You take a chance on driving out there whether or not you can play ball.

Good place to work with trainers or if your kids need birthday parties. Any other time, you're fighting for time/parking with trainers, organized games, non-paying members, and basketball camps. Not good if you want to workout/train yourself. I'd rather pay more at the Y.

I went here for a birthday party. So I'm just rating on cleanliness & the fact that parking was very limited. Idk how the booking process is, or the ppl working there so I can't comment on that. But everything is seemed very nice & well kept.

Events are always going, closing the gym. The worst part is, they hardly ever update the website, so you have no idea if it's open or closed at any given point. It sucks driving 20-30 minutes, only to find out that the website was wrong and the gym is closed for the next 2 hours

Kris and his amazing team of coaches and trainers could not be better. Their passion for helping the youth excel in sports as well as being great well rounded humans is refreshing and extremely beneficial. There should be something like this in every town. They have a sincere passion for the kids and I always know our boys are in the best care by coaches and mentors they adore. It takes a village and this is a great addition to our community.

Vickers family here, we love this gym! My 11 year old will go to the gym and train with the trainers there or he would just shoot by himself when there isn’t training. Staff are always friendly, gym is always clean. You get that family vibe in here, all kids and parents are friendly.

We recently had our son’s 9th birthday at the Kris Lang Sports Complex and a great time was had by all! Trey was our highly organized MC and did an excellent job keeping the kids moving, having fun, and on to the next game before they got bored. He had a timed schedule of activities and stuck to it! He even made sure the kids used hand sanitizer before eating their snack! 😉 We really could not have asked for anything more! Great spot to host a birthday party - we will definitely be back!

Only 24hr gym in Belmont!! My boys and I absolutely love Kris Lang and his sports complex. Always open, always clean and he always has professionals on site to help manage the place properly. Very welcoming, fun and safe place for my boys to go to daily after school! It's literally our favorite spot in town.

I love this place! Everyone is friendly and treated like family, The gym is always very clean and having 24/7 access is a huge plus. They have a 'chill zone' and sports training included for afterschool children, the staff is great with them. Its a great place for all ages.

This place was perfect for my sons 9th birthday party! However, I would recommend it for all ages. Kris immediately reached out after my request answering any questions I had. Very easy to talk to. Tray was our party host and he blew me away. From unloading my car to helping me with anything I needed. He entertained 25 kids and adults for 2 hours and could have done it all day. So much fun to be had here!

I only learned about KLSports Complex this weekend and so far it's been great. I really enjoy the facility. My kids like it too. There is a weight gym, sports on the TVs, Xboxs for the kids and more. They are continuing to grow it too. I love the family atmosphere! Lots of positive motivational things going on.

I was able to watch a middle school training session. They are big on teaching kids the proper fundamentals of basketball. I love basketball, and I had been looking for a reasonably priced place to play indoor basketball on cold days. Finally there is a spot in Belmont! I can't say enough about what a gem this was to find.
