Lake Gaston Fitness provides a comprehensive lineup of Cardio, Selectorized Strength, and Free Weights. Our daily hours are for registered members only. We register new members 3 days a week, Tuesday's and Thursday's 5 -7 PM, and Saturday's 9 - 11AM.

Came to the gym for a lift no staff was present so cool I try to call the number on the door and the number is out of service so we just left don’t waste your time here go to iron works 2

Good little gym. They have everything you need to get a good workout in. They have your usual exercise machines, free weights, and lockers for your stuff.

The staffed hours are a little funky. However, they staff are very accommodating. The members are super friendly, perfect example of ‘southern hospitality’. The owners well thought out how a gym can function via key fob access so members can swipe in when they want to. One of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to.

The owner has done a great job building a good overall gym for Lake Gaston. He has cardio equipment, free weights, yoga, TRX and personal training (plus way more) by one of the best! You can even join in on a class. I have never seen a gym so clean. Stop in...get your heart pumping! You won't regret it.
