Chad and the folks at Level Up did an absolutely amazing job preparing me and the adult members of my gym (Thrive Fitness with Katie Rose) to prepare for an obstacle based Mud Girl Run 5k. In fact, the race obstacles were easy compared to some of the ones at Level Up! Chad is a very encouraging and patient instructor. I would recommend this gym to anyone, including adults! My family, including my 2 children and husband love going with me during open gym times.

Level Up ninja gym is our daughter’s happy place! She’s been going there two or three times a week for the past several years and loves it. Open gym on weekends is where she gets her workout on and her energy booster. Weekly classes have helped her develop her skills from none to one of the top ninja athletes I n the region, and the team practices leave her exhausted and really happy. Chad and Jennifer, plus Coach Faith have created not just a great gym but a wonderful community!

I was visiting High Point University for a doctorite program interview from Oregon and wanted to find a gym to work out at for the day. However, I found this gem in a back parking lot warehouse. I only came for the last hour, but it was the most fun I had at a gym in a long time. The employee TJ, who was working at the time, really made the place inviting and fun. All their obstacles are great training for ninja courses and challenging as you want them to be, from beginner to full fledged ninja. If I end up moving to the area you can bet I'll be coming here much more.

I drive a long way to play and train here regularly. It’s that good. If you’ve seen American Ninja Warrior come out and train with them. There’s stuff for ALL levels. Really cool place. Everything you would expect in a ninja warrior gym. Definitely worth checking it out. The warped wall has several heights so that amateur and pro can try it. The salmon ladder and ultimate cliffhanger are real challenges. And an inflatable bounce house obstacle course for younger guests.

4 boys who haven't seen each other in a month or 2 went to the gym. They had a blast and would love to go back. Problem is, 3 of them had fevers, diahrrea and were vomiting the next day. It's been a rough few days and just wondering what the sanitizing procedure is for all that equipment. I understand it would be hard but should be a priority.

Amazing value for the variety of obstacles! This is the best obstacle training gym in North Carolina hands down! I just wish me hands didn't give out on me. Chad is super cool and coaches at any chance. Reasonable rates for training. You go and you'll get hooked for sure!

We can't say enough about the Level Up crew. Best obstacle gym I've seen and Chad is generous with his time and knowledge. We are returning again this weekend and will be making regular visits.
Well thought out course and something for people of all ages and skill levels. I've taken my 9 yr old and my 5 yr old is coming with us next time.
We were blown away by the high value and low cost. Excellent place!
