As you can guess from the other raving reviews, Coach Mike is phenomenal! It is hard to hit on something that the other reviews did not already hit the nail on the head with.
I have been working with Coach Mike out of state for a couple weeks now. He has helped me in all aspects of my life. He understands that diet isn't just the food you eat but they way you eat it, when you eat it, how often, or how much. That is not just with diet, exercise, self care, and everything in your daily life effects eachother. He helps bring balance into your life. What I will say is this, Mike my coach for a bodybuilding comp has helped transform my life!!!! I’ve done a cut before, prep and it did not go nearly as smoothly as this program. I’ve seen such great results going from 183 lbs to 176 in 4 weeks!!! Healthily too! I’m grateful to have a coach like Mike and lifestyle of fitness. Don’t get me wrong since I’ve been working out since I was 9, some of the workouts are pretty easy for me, whether it’s core or some bands workouts but they will definitely work to get you the results you want if you’re not used to it! The nutrition is what lifestyle of fitness does really well in my opinion. They take you and transform and recharge your entire body into something new. I had a shoulder injury for a while from lifting and just the nutrition and bands workouts got me to the point where my shoulder healed properly! I’m excited for the next 8 weeks of training for this competition and to have Mike train me! Thank you lifestyle of fitness!

My experience with LoF has been nothing but exceptional. I’ve had a great time working with Coach Mike, who has not only constructed a tailor made fitness and nutrition plan for me, but also had guided me through many ups and downs in my journey.
I have osteoarthritis in both my knees, which has made gym fitness on my own very difficult. Even when I first spoke to Coach Mike, I was a little hesitant. But he carefully took into consideration my feedback on the onset and then continually afterwards to ensure optimal health.
I have also become so much more aware on how to achieve optimal nutrition. Previously, I always felt like eating healthy just meant just cutting things out of my diet, things I normally wanted to indulge in. However, through ongoing guidance I’ve been able to eat out, indulge while being healthy. I’m surprised at the amount of weight I was able to lose.
I 100% recommend Life of Fitness to anyone, especially if there are more Coaches like Mike working there.

Ahhhh…. I love Coach Mikes program. It is the best training and accountability program I’ve ever been involved with. He has everything laid out that is specific to your individual needs; right down to recommended meal planning. I also love the fact that he has in his Kickoff App a place for me to upload images of my meals and videos of exercise routines for my specific needs.
All I can say is that I give Mike props because he has everything one needs all in one app. This is the best thing ever…. You can’t get any better than that. He is so passionate in what he does.
Mike truly cares about you and your goals. He listens.
He knows when you can go just a little further and encourages you to do one more.
I don’t like exercising. He learned through our talks what motivates me. He put together a workout routine perfect
For me and that I will do. It didn’t happen overnight and when I do slack off, he reminds me why I want to exercise.
Now, I feel so good after my workouts. His nutritional recommendations has led to much needed improvement
in my daily eating habits. I have a tendency to skip meals a lot.

Been working with coach mike for well over 5 years now. Let me tell you, mike knows what he’s doing. He preped me for boot camp about 3 years ago. The workouts he gave me helped me fly through the physical portion of it like I was a dang college genius in a kindergarten class. Not only that, he also helped me create a nice healthy meal plan that helped boost my energy throughout the day.
