I’ve been to quite a few gyms, and this one by far tops every one I’ve been to. I’m also from Florida for a little context. The owner Martin and the staff are such kind folks and they clearly love what they do. The gym itself is extremely clean. The atmosphere feels very friendly; unlike most gyms that reek of creatine and testosterone. They also have all of the equipment and attachments that you could ask for. Whether you’re into bodybuilding or just general fitness, this is the place for you. Don’t forget to grab a smoothie on your way out!

I’ve been to just about every gym around the Boone/Jefferson area. I came from The Gym 24/7 on old 421 in Watauga county. I don’t mind driving an extra 10 minutes for an absolute phenomenal gym. The equipment is great and well taken care of unlike my past gym “The Gym 24/7”. Very welcoming atmosphere with really friendly people plus very clean.

Their gym is great, I visited family from out of town & got a one day pass ($10) , which i do not feel is unreasonable ( go in the morning & come back later if you want 2 workouts, then its $5 a visit LOL.
There is so much good equipment & plenty of room to stretch. Staff is great. Patrons are kind & i made some friends. The staff lady with blonds hair showed me everything from the equipment to the locker rooms. Will definitely come again on my next visit to West Jefferson. Keep up the great work.

No employees when need assistance. Hardly ever there. From what I’ve been told. My son and I have went there couple times now. Trying get memberships. Yet to catch an employee there when we have went. Definitely give up.

So thankful to have this gym in our town. The staff is friendly, the gym is clean, the equipment is well taken care of. I came here when the Broyhill Center in Boone closed to the public. It has all the equipment they had and more. I always feel safe and love the flexibility of coming whenever my schedule allows.

Littles rocks, the owner works out here and will have a convo with you and the ladies working the front are always smiling. The equipment is great and up to date and it seems like they are always making improvements.

Great gym! I went to Little's gym because I was in town on vacation and wanted to work out. I lift weights and was pleasantly suprised to see they have a power rack and a squat rack as well as plenty of weights, dumbells and machines. They provide belts if desired but hand chalk is not allowed so bring your gloves. There are showers, towels upon request, a room for floor work, all in all very well equiped, clean and a friendly staff and members. I highly recommend Little's gym in West Jefferson!
