I can’t say enough wonderful things about MamasteFit! This was my second pregnancy, and the only thing I did differently was the MamasteFit On-Demand Prenatal workouts — and what a difference it made.

Thanks to Roxanne and Gina’s incredible program, I felt strong, confident, and prepared throughout pregnancy. My labor and delivery were truly as smooth as it gets — my baby was born after just one push, with no tears or lacerations, and my recovery has been amazing. I genuinely believe their focus on mobility, breathing, and strength training helped everything align perfectly for an easier birth.

I wish I had discovered MamasteFit sooner (I only found it late in my first pregnancy). It’s such a thoughtful, empowering resource for all moms — and now that I have a toddler and a newborn, I’m excited to start the Postpartum On-Demand program next!

Thank you, MamasteFit, for changing the way I experienced pregnancy and birth. Every mom should know about this program! ❤️❤️❤️🤩🤩🤩

I'm a birth doula and attended Mamaste Fit's Pelvic Mechanics Workshop. The wealth of knowledge was incredible! I couldn't believe how fast the day flew by - as well as how fast my fingers were flying trying to take notes haha. Everything Gina had to say was just full of wisdom and intelligence and I am so grateful to have soaked it in. I am especially excited to have learned great exercises to help my clients prenatally with not only aches and pains, but to prepare them for a smoother labor. This course goes beyond the typical inversion & side-lying release that I'm used to. WAY beyond it! If you want to learn that plus details of how babies move throughout the levels of the pelvis during labor and how to help influence said babies - this course is for you. :) Thank you so much, Gina and Roxanne!

Gina and Roxanne are a powerful duo and resource! I have consumed their content for years and to be able to host them both for two workshop at my pelvic health clinic was incredible. I can also testify successful with their postpartum return to fitness program and use of their concept for my clients. Grateful for their work in the perinatal space and women’s health!

ETA/U 2025:
MamasteFit is a one of a kind place. From pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, Gina and Roxanne have built an incredible place for women. Three years later, when I walk in to their space, I feel like sense of peace.

I utilized Gina‘s programming throughout pregnancy and postpartum and everything helped my body through throughout the changes it went through. Gina as a Doula was wonderful to have a sounding board during some tense moments. The childbirth education course provided me and my husband great information to know our options And gave us an opportunity to practice various labor positions!

Also, Gina and Roxanne are the funniest duo and always keep it real.

2023:
Prenatal Program
In December, my husband and I were relocating to the area and I was pleased to see that there was a local gym that focused on prenatal and postpartum fitness since I had just found out I was pregnant! After speaking with Gina, I knew I found my gym home for my pregnancy. I had significant SI joint pain during my first trimester which Gina and the other coaches were able to provide specific exercises to ease my body into it’s functional movements again. Whenever I had an ache/pain, an alternative was given if I needed to modify or a stretch or exercise was added to aid mobility. I utilized MamasteFit from about week 12 through 40 weeks of my pregnancy! I found it was a great motivator to get out of the house and keep my body moving as the tailored movements to your specific week of pregnancy was helpful in keeping my body mobile. I recommend Mamaste to all my friends now!

ChildBirth Ed Course/Class
This course is a WEALTH of knowledge regarding pregnancy, biomechanics of labor and birth, and early postpartum. Having access to the online information was great because I could pace myself, ask questions, and talk about things with my husband to prep our birth plan. Gina and Roxanne have filled the course with current, evidence-based information which is fantastic for knowing what is relevant today. I found that information was given throughout that is broken down into understandable segments to know what your body is going through as baby descends through your pelvis and knowing your options regarding positioning, pain relief, and alternative options throughout labor and delivery. I learned so much about what happens to my body throughout the process of labor, delivery, and postpartum. We also attended the in-person course which was helpful for my husband and me to try out various pain relief options. I felt ready when early labor started.

Doula
I went for the trifecta and hired Gina as our doula. We are so glad we did because she was a great support person who kept a level head and provided information during labor that helped me and my husband make better decisions on the fly. She also helped provide realistic expectations in the moment regarding my positioning and pushing strategies. It made me feel more in control as I knew what I could realistically do. She was responsive and proactive in pushing support and helping support position changes with a single grunt or word from me. She respected my choices throughout labor and gave positive verbal feedback as I was pushing which was super motivating at the final stage of pushing. She also captured pictures which is such a treasure to have to look back on and reflect upon what my body accomplished. She also does a great birth bun for when you need your hair to stay out of the way for however long labor is.

Mamaste Fit was with me every step of the way in my pregnancy and postpartum journey. I felt seen and supported, by the programs, yoga, courses and podcast. I would have had a totally different experience had I not stumbled upon his wonderful business that supports pregnant humans with so much compassion, joy and information!

In 2022 i got pregnant with my daughter and I thought I was ready. I was still working and spend my time hearing podcasts about unmedicated birth. Taking notes and feeling like I could go with the flow. But when labor came I realized I had no idea what I was doing. Contractions were all over the place and my daughter was stuck. I ended up getting a c section due to failure to progress. In 2024 I got pregnant with my second and was not going to do that same mistake. Around 5 months pregnant I purchase mamastefit education birth course and VBAC course and spend all my free time taking notes. I then educated my husband as my doula and told him my birth plan. Everyday I exercised and stretched feeling less pain and physically ready. When February came and contractions started I felt confident. My husband helped with counter pressure and fuel and I focused on breathing and staying calm. 13 hours later I was holding my baby and had a successful VBAC. I really enjoyed mamastefit courses because they prepared you mentally, physically and even provided printed labor positions, well detailed and easy for my husband to understand. Definitely recommend and appreciate you two.

A review for the online prenatal workouts.
Was recommended this by a good personal trainer. Very broken up workouts with no warm ups and no flow. The movements are very strange and making my back and hips much more sore. I am usually a very active person - yoga, Pilates, weight training, biking, running and surfing.
Not worth the cost.

I bought the post partum program and greatly enjoyed it! I was able to move at my pace. I actually liked that they were longer work outs because some days I could do a longer work out and some days I would pick out what I could do or had time for or what my baby would let me do. I also did the last 2 trimesters of the pregnancy program and also greatly enjoyed it. I felt much more prepared for birth and my day to day living pregnant was much more comfortable. I highly recommend! I am using the post partum program again for my 3rd baby!

I started the MAMASTE prenatal program at 28 weeks gestation and I also did their birth prep course/ labour positions etc.

I couldn’t recommend enough, I felt strong during my labour and it was so useful having different positions and tools to use during contractions. I had virtually no DR or pelvic damage at my post partum physio check up and I 100% put this down to their prenatal workout program . I am so delighted with the results that I have just signed up to their post natal program and am looking forward to seeing what results I get from that.

Will definitely be doing this program for my next pregnancy. Couldn’t recommend this more!

I took the childbirth education course through mamastefit and absolutely loved it. It taught me so much about what my body is capable of. I was also able to meet other moms who have now become close friends. My first birth was unmedicated and in the hospital, and I am now preparing for a homebirth. I am so excited to keep using what I have learned.

I’ve taken a few of Mamastefit’s webinars, listened to the podcast, and did the third trimester workout plan (wish I had known about them before the third tri!), and highly recommend Mamastefit as a resource to educate yourself and strengthen your body for labor, birth and postpartum recovery. I’m 4 weeks postpartum, had a very positive birth experience with our second child thanks in part to using Mamastefit as a resource, and look forward to starting the 16 week return to fitness program soon! Thanks for sharing your expertise, Gina and Roxanne!

After attending the MamasteFit in-person childbirth education course today I feel so much more informed and confident going into my first birth. This course was jam packed with information about the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy, birth, and labor, options when birth planning including the pros and cons of all options, and comfort measures while in labor that your partner can assist in. My husband also was very engaged and enjoyed the class. We both feel more prepared to make decisions for our growing family and take on this next step in our adventure together!

Right now I'm doing their Post-Partumcourse and I just love how it helps me to recover step by step without planing any workouts for myself or worrying which movements I can or can´t do. Five stars well earned :-)

I want to thank you @mamastefit for helping me prepare for my delivery! Not only was the prenatal workout easy to follow but I know it prepared me in so many ways mentally and physically for a strong, pain free pregnancy, and a beautiful birth. I was prepared in a whole different way this pregnancy with a strong pelvic floor due to resistance band work etc. that’s included in your program! I look back and reminisce on the beauty of my delivery utilizing movement and following my bodies lead. I would not have changed it for the world! We delivered our sweet baby number two at home, naturally, with the best team of midwives. It was our first home birth and we hope to have only home births from here on out!! I did the early labor workout when labor started and labor kept up! I felt confident and prepared with the birth edu you provide on pelvic floor and movements to facilitate opening different levels of the pelvis! I did these positions throughout labor and had a beautiful baby boy in less than 12 hours! I 💯 recommend this program to any and ALL expectant mamas. It is worth the time, money and effort! Thank you again!!💙

We highly recommend MamasteFit's online birth classes. My partner and I did the Childbirth Education Course. We were both working a lot during my pregnancy so having a self-paced online course was ideal. There was so much information but it's all really relevant if it's your first time. I appreciated the summaries at the end of each video. I ended up having a long, slow labor... I felt good with my birth plan going in but then everything I didn't prefer to have ended up happening. However, I felt confident making informed decisions with hospital staff. I could tell some staff weren't use to patients asking for time to think or really advocating for themselves. I learned so much from Gina and Roxanne!

This review is for Mamastefit's online programming. I have never attended in person classes or received in person training. I was initially reluctant to write this review as I am in support of female owned small businesses, however, I feel compelled to share my experience with this company's customer service and online offerings. I bought the 16 week Post-partum Return to Fitness program after the birth of my second child. After a week of accessing the program via TeamBuildr, I realized the program was not a good fit for me. Many of the exercises did not feel right for my body and I had to do a lot of modifications. I found the app clunky and not easy to use. I began to regret having purchased a virtual program that I was not able to fully explore before buying. I reached out to the company to ask for a partial refund, which I was hoping to use to purchase in-person fitness classes where I live. When I reached out I was first told that because I had purchased the program more than a month prior, the company was unable to issue a refund. This didn't sit well with me because I had only had access to the programming for a week before realizing it did not work for me. Additionally, any system that is able to complete credit card payments should also be able to issue a refund. When I pressed the issue further, I was told that the company never issues refunds for digital products. This is a frustrating response from a company that claims to be supporting the health and well being of mothers. Furthermore it is poor customer service. I don't recommend the virtual programming and I'm not able to recommend this business to pre and post natal individuals.

Gina and her team were awesome to work with! We used her Doula service and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. As first time parents, my husband and I were very nervous. In the early weeks we took a course from Gina and it was so informative and fun! Throughout the rest of my pregnancy she was always available when we had questions, and was very quick to respond. Never once did she make us feel like our questions were dumb. Once we went into labor, she was at the hospital within minutes of me getting into my delivery room. She stayed with us until our child was born the next morning. It was so nice to have someone in the room other than the hospital staff. She knew our birth plan and was able to answer any questions we had about what was coming next. Because of how prepped and confident we felt, labor and delivery went amazingly well. We give credit to Gina and the rest of her team for helping us understand and feel prepared for the birth of our first child. Highly recommend!

So far, I've purchased two programs from MamasteFit (one during pregnancy and one for postpartum), and they've both been fantastic! I really appreciated the additional information provided to help me better understand my own anatomy and muscular function during and following pregnancy, and how that impacts the approach to various exercises. From a postpartum perspective, the workouts have been *just* challenging enough, and have improved my movement patterns and core function. Despite being an athlete growing up, I've always struggled to control my intra-abdominal pressure when exercising, and since starting this program, I feel my core is stronger and more stable than it's ever been!
Beyond the programs, MamasteFit's support has been excellent. I've needed to reach out to them a few times, and they've always responded (with a resolution!) promptly and kindly.

I completed the Prenatal Strength Programming + Prenatal Fitness Education Course starting in the third trimester, and had amazing results in both my delivery and recovery. My delivery doctors and nurses said the strength training definitely l helped with only pushing for 30 minutes. I have always done strength training and felt great working out throughout my pregnancy. I loved the structure of the program and the app was easy to use and follow. I am now starting the 16 week postpartum program at 4 weeks.

Such an impressive and focused program.

I found MamasteFit on instagram and purchased their 16 week c-section program along with the scar mobilization. I’m currently on week 8 of the program and feel so much stronger. The progression each week is great and the videos to explain correct form and what you should be feeling are perfect!

I purchased the 16 wk c section program right after the birth of my second baby and I am SO glad I did. Ever since the birth of my first child in 2019, I have had the hardest time getting back in the gym and enjoying it. I can honestly say I have enjoyed every workout. The program is the perfect balance of core rehab that I so desperately needed, and strength. I am already looking into the beyond post partum program for when I finish this one in 6 weeks! Thank you for creating this for moms who love working out but aren’t sure where to start postpartum.

I LOVEEEEEE the Prenatal Fitness Program! I love it so much that I'm pretty sure my
husband is sick of me chatting his ear off about how much I am enjoying these workouts after I complete each one. This program was a breath of fresh air for me after trying out another program that just wasn't the right fit.

The MamasteFit workouts make me feel strong and confident in myself. The videos that are linked within the workouts are tremendously helpful in making sure I am using the correct form while executing compound movements. The explanations within the videos and the multiple variations shown each time makes me feel that I'm moving my body that not only is good for me as my body changes, but also for the little babes growing with me. I am excited to move through this program and later work through the postpartum program offered.

While you're at it, follow them on Instagram. I freakin' love having them on my feed!

Going through my second pregnancy I really started to notice the lack of education and lack of material for pregnant women wanting to continue working out at their previous level. So to my surprise discovering MamasteFit pre/postnatal training certification, I knew I needed to jump into this course. I also knew that it would be great education for myself and I could bring this knowledge to my fitness studio that I co-own with my husband. It is such an untapped and often forgotten market in the fitness world. The MamasteFit certification was easy to follow and packed with more information that you can't help but feel prepared to working with pregnant women. The videos are great and can easily be accessed when you want to go back to certain sections. You can finish this course on your own terms as it's self guided and I cannot recommend it enough!

I would suggest this program for anyone who is pregnant and wanting to either get in shape or stay in shape during pregnancy, beginner or veteran athlete. You can scale these workouts to your liking and ability. Their webinars were honestly better than any of the classes I took at the hospital. I ended up having to have a C-Section so I will be watching their C-Section course as well as purchasing their recovery program. I will be a client for life! I am so so appreciative of MamasteFit. I am a Personal Trainer and Online my coach myself and have been in the industry in Australia for over a decade. I did a Postpartum course here in Australia and it doesn't even come close to the content, education and knowledge that the Mamastefit girls have and deliver.

I did my own training when I was pregnant with my first son. I had pubic symphysis pain, I couldn't lunge, I had pelvic pain constantly. I have had ZERO pain with the Mamastefit programming and the programs are quite challenging but very enjoyable. I love the glute work and focus on pelvic stability in the programming. I highly recommend all of their courses.

I cannot say enough good things about Mamastefit. I’ve used their pregnancy and post partum fitness courses and my husband and I took the childbirth class and had Gina as our doula!

Having Gina there during our birth was one of the best decisions we made. My husband says over and over again how he would have felt lost in how to best help me without her there. She helped us use new labor comfort measures when the ones I was using stopped working for me, helped me work through all of the decisions that go along with labor and was so beyond supportive with every choice I made from starting off unmedicated to getting an epidural a few hours before baby came. Her coaching when I was pushing was extremely helpful and the nurse commented on how effective my pushing was! I had a great post partum healing experience and I owe a lot of this to Gina’s help and guidance during my labor and pushing. Will 100% be working with her for our next baby!!!

In terms of the fitness programs, i am so so glad that her program could guide me in how to stay strong and fit while giving good pregnancy modifications. I think this helped so much in the “marathon” that is labor! After I had my baby I really didn’t know how to safely and effectively get back into fitness and her return to fitness program has been amazing! As someone who felt fit before pregnancy- I was always challenging by the programming and it has helped so much! I recommend her classes and programs to all my friends!

Well, nothing about my birthing went according to plan, except the fact that I felt completely informed and calm, which was to a large extent thanks to Mamastefit's online childbirth education class. I went through a few birth ed classes and this is the only one I rewatched and asked my husband to watch with me. I just absolutely love how everything is explained in detail and with illustrations that help make sense of the information. The information is presented in a way that helped us decide on what our preferences were, how to plan for them, prepare ourselves during pregnancy by practicing different techniques we were taught in the class and yet, when things did not go to plan, we were able to recall what we had learned in Mamastefit's course in order to discuss options with our care providers, make on the spot decisions that we felt confident in and have an overall beautiful birth despite a "failed" induction at week 42 that ended up in a c-section. This coming from someone who had planned and prepared for an unmedicated birth says a lot about this class! Gina is also generally wonderful and very responsive to instagram messages, so this made it feel all the more personal. I would without hesitation recommend this class to every pregnant woman.

She was my trainer and doula and she is absolutely amazing! So helpful day and night no matter what questions I had or worries she is always there to help me and my family pre natal and post partum. Her other trainers at the gym are also amazing they make you feel very comfortable and welcome and not pressured to do anything you are not comfortable with. Her staff also makes everyone feel like they fit in no matter your background. Gina also is well connected with resources in the area. I needed help finding a midwife to switch to a home birth late in my pregnancy and literally the night I asked her for help I had a midwife! Then I needed help finding a lactation consultant and she sent me to an amazing one that was able to see me ASAP! Gina and her staff are very humble and selfless mommas giving back to the community and are just there to help other moms however they can! Love this place !!! 💓

After a year of reading, watching and listening to everything pre&postnatal fitness related i could get my hands on i can safely say Mamastefit is one of the best resources i have come across!

The Ebook i purchased is written in a clear and concise way and provides a wealth of information that i have only managed to gain from numerous resources in the past but mamaste has it all in one easy to read ebook.

In my opinion its great value for money and to top it off Gina has provided exceptional customer service. when switching laptops and emails etc i had lost my copy which she was able to resend almost immediately.

I attended Gina’s childbirth education class as a birth doula with one of my birth clients and it was an awesome experience. From a birth doula perspective, it was eye opening to learn more about the anatomy of birth, how incredible pelvic movement is, and the vital role of the pelvic floor all thru prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum. I encourage even birth doulas to attend her class to see from a “mom” and “birth partner” perspective what they will be learning so we can build on that good foundation of education. After attending the class, I took her online Birthworkers Education Course and it was more than I could ask for. Going in deeper depth what was covered from the childbirth education course. I came away feeling more empowered and educated as a birth worker advocate. It helped give me a bit more of a 3-d perspective of all the moving parts in the body thru the incredible experience called birth. Even if you’ve taken a birth doula workshop course or think you know a lot about birth, this affordable course is a must- have in your tool belt!! Hands down I will love to take another course at MamasteFit!!

I started working out at MamasteFit as a result of a friend's recommendation. I followed Gina's pre-natal routine, which I absolutely loved - it was challenging yet safe. Her and the other coaches are knowledgable and helpful during both the in-gym and at-home workouts. I also thought it was really nice to bring my older kids along to the gym - it eliminates the stress of child care. My husband and I attended the pre-birth course, which was hosted on zoom, and found it very informative. We referred back to our course and used some of the comfort positions during labor! Would recommend this gym and Gina to all mamas and mamas-to-be!

Just recently attended the childbirth education course (virtually to keep everyone safe!). I really appreciate the perspective that Gina and the instructors offer and I ended the course feeling more confident about my first birth experience. I have already recommended Mamastefit to friends expecting babies. My husband also said he really enjoyed the course and learned a ton. Thanks again!

Gina is amazing! I am so happy that she was part of my birth team. She supported me and my husband throughout the entire pregnancy and birth process. She is a wealth of knowledge and I would recommend her prenatal and postpartum fitness training along with her doula services to anyone in the area. As much as she was there for me during the birth, she also supported my husband and guided him to be the best partner during labor. I will definitely hire her again when it is time for baby number two!!!

Gina and the MamasteFit programming changed my life and empowered me to bring my beautiful & strong baby girl into this world on my own terms. Her prenatal workout routine allowed me to feel like myself in my ever-changing body, and guaranteed I felt incredibly strong and informed as my baby, and belly, grew and grew! She has been responsive, helpful and kind- not to mention incredibly real and down to earth. Her birth class taught us more in one afternoon than our hospital could cover in two full day sessions! I not only followed her online workout programming from the comfort of my home, we also hired her as our doula. I cannot stress enough the wealth of information and compassion that this woman and her gym can provide to moms of all sorts.
My birth was able to be all natural and exactly as I had hoped. I am 2 weeks postpartum now and I look and feel better than I ever thought possible!
10/10 recommend this incredible resource!!!

When I became pregnant, my biggest fear was that my body would not be capable of giving birth without major medical intervention. Both my mother and my husband’s mother experienced long painful labors that failed to progress at a late stage, and both had to deliver via emergency c-section. I’d also heard numerous stories from women in my life who were somewhat disappointed with their birth experiences in one way or another, often because they felt that so much was out of their control. I wanted to give myself the best chance I could, and research revealed one of the best ways to reduce unwanted medical intervention is to have continuous, knowledgeable labor support in the form of a doula.

Stellar reviews led us to hire Gina, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. Not only was she a wonderful, reassuring presence during the birth of our son, her expert fitness coaching at MamasteFit throughout my second and third trimesters made me feel tremendously strong and ready for labor when it came. This training also helped me keep my weight and blood sugar under control when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I’m convinced my third trimester would have been far more uncomfortable without her strength training. I felt very balanced, and my baby was in an optimal position when my labor started spontaneously at week 39.

With Gina’s help, my husband and I had an ideal birth experience. She took all of her cues from us, and was a very calming, unobtrusive presence during labor. She suggested multiple position changes that helped me advance through active labor and transition quickly. At the hospital, she advocated for everything on our birth plan, and suggested proper positioning for pushing. I had a marvelous medication-free birth, and I credit Gina for having an important influence on that.

Hiring Gina as our doula was the best decision my husband and I made for the birth of our 2nd baby! We received the most amazing, invaluable support we could've asked for. After being put under GA for an emergency cesarean with our daughter, we knew immediately we wanted a VBAC. Gina listened to my needs and fears and supported me every step of the way to achieve a beautiful, unmedicated VBAC. It was such an empowering, healing experience after our first birth and I can't imagine it would've been the same without Gina's comfort, motivation, and expertise.

I was hesitant to attend another birthing class with my wife but decided to attend the child birth education class - soo thankful we did. Although I had already been to a number of birthing classes with my wife for our first child I learned a lot from Gina and enjoyed the interaction with other soon to be parents. Great use of visual aids and being hands on was a huge plus. We learned about positioning our partners and how I could be the most help as the birth partner. We also decided to use Gina as our Doula. It was a great experience and I can’t stress enough how fluid she made the birthing experience go - she was both of our emotional support and was able to talk us through what was happening and what to expect next. Her support in the hospital with making my wife comfortable and her interaction with hospital staff priceless. Thank you Gina!

Gina was extremely helpful and supportive on our pregnancy journey. She was a wealth of information and always available to us. Whenever I texted, she responded so quickly. Gina understood my birth plan and even more important, understood where I was coming from when things didn't go as planned for our pregnancy. She validated all my feelings and listened to my thoughts and concerns. Gina was instrumental in our pregnancy journey and I highly recommend her.

Gina is simply amazing and I’m so thankful that we hired her as our doula. During my labor, Gina was able to help calm me down and get through each contraction using both mental relaxation techniques and physical relaxation techniques. I really appreciated that she was very encouraging for me to stick to my original birth plan but remained very supportive and encouraging when my birth plan changed. Gina is a great source of knowledge for different laboring/pushing positions and was even able to teach the L&D nurses some different positions. Gina really encouraged and educated my husband on things he could do to help me and made him feel more comfortable with birth. We also attended the childbirth education class and strongly recommend taking that class, especially if it’s your first baby. Can’t wait to attend more classes at Mamastefit in the future!

I first heard of Mamaste last year when  the gym was nominated for Best of the Pines... I was new-ish to the area and wanted to learn more about the local businesses. But the name alone caught my attention. I was about 5 months pregnant at the time and had never heard of the concept Gina was offering. I proceeded to stalk her website and social media and telling myself I'd go check it out, but kept coming up with excuses and never showed.

Fast forward a few months later, Mamaste Fit moves to a new location! It's new and clean and NOT in a CrossFit gym! I will admit, I don't have a solid fitness background and CrossFit gyms have always intimidated me. I was so nervous to check it out, but finally grew a pair and showed up to a class in the new building. I was relieved and blown away with what I found: unconditional love and support. No one to judge that I had no idea what I was doing, no one to judge that Pudge was hungry and crying (I can bring my kid with me? Definitely a bonus.) Just love and support.

I found myself surrounded by strong, badass women in different walks of life. Women who weren't interested in talking about what their husbands do (a huge bonus IMO), a safe space for my baby to play explore and grow, a place I can regain confidence in the postpartum. I learned that I could do all the exercises at my own pace and SAFELY, because Gina's programming is catered to each person's needs and challenges alike.

I found a community of women who encourage one another in fitness and in life, not pressuring you or pushing you to do something you didn't want to do (although the ski row and I don't get along)  These group of women have been there for me through a handful of moments where I usually wouldn't have anyone and I'm eternally grateful for all that I've gotten from Gina and Mamaste Fit.

I have been a MamasteFit Mama for several years. I started out training as a postpartum mama, having had two children and wanting to get back into shape. About two months after I started working out with Gina, I became pregnant, and therefore switched to prenatal training. A few months later, I found out I was actually pregnant with twins and somehow convinced Gina to be my doula. After giving birth to my twins, I once again returned to postpartum training. So, I have successfully been a client of every aspect of MamasteFit.

I have never felt more supported and cared for by another person than when I met Gina and told her my goals. My goals have changed over the several years I have known her as my family has grown, but she has been there every step of the way. As a prenatal mama, she listened to me and my body and designed a program that was geared towards helping me be as healthy and prepared as I could be to deliver my twins. As a postpartum mama, she has listened to me complain that I can't quite do what I once could, and reminds me and encourages me over what I have now and where I can get to. As my doula, she literally was the hands that held me up on the day of their birth. My twins are a year old now and I can still vividly remember her presence in my labor room and can say with utter confidence that I could not have delivered my boys' in the way that I did, had she not been there.

It does not matter where you are in your motherhood journey. You need MamasteFit and Gina in your life.

MamasteFit is so much more than just a place to workout. It is a community of moms coming together to focus on their health and well-being. The head coach, Gina, who writes all of the programming is extremely knowledgeable. Her very intentional programming is absolutely fantastic. Prior to my pregnancy and the birth of my son I spent years in and out of physically therapy dealing with SI joint pain, a tight IT band, and general discomfort in my left pelvic area. Little did I know postpartum was going to be a wonderful chance to "start over" with my imbalances and rebuild my strength. Gina's programming and Mamastefit was just the place to do that. For the first time in as long as I can recall I am running and weight-lifting pain free. Beyond all the programming there is an wonderful community of women (and some dad's who tag along now and again) and kiddos checking in with one another, giving advice, offering an ear, and becoming friends. I can't recommend the place enough!

Gina stepped in as my doula when the doula I hired was unable to attend my birth. With less than 24 hours notice Gina communicated with me to understand my birth plan and made plans to make it to my birth. Gina created an amazing birth environment for me and was wonderful not only with me but with helping to involve my husband in my birth as well. I was in labor for 30+ hours and Gina was working hard every step of the way, showing me techniques to help me through the contractions and also informing us the pros and cons of many of the decisions we had to make throughout my labor.

Ultimately, my son ended up being born via c-section but we would hire Gina again even knowing the outcome! She was such a blessing!

I now attend MamesteFit classes with both Gina and Jessica. They are amazing! I hadn’t been able to work out during my pregnancy with the exception of walking so getting back into a strength routine had been a challenge. The classes are helping me to rebuild my core, balance and to regain my strength. They have modifications for every level of fitness and it’s such a fun environment! Definitely would recommended these wonderful ladies to any pregnant or postpartum mamas!

I am so fortunate to have been able to watch Jessie in action as a birth doula! She did phenomenal in creating a birth sanctuary for the laboring mother in a hospital setting. Jessie established a calm environment for this mama to labor, and encouraged the father to take an active role in supporting the mama. Jessie spoke softly, and was able to calm the mother throughout labor until delivery! It was so beautiful to watch, and I hope to have her as my doula when I deliver!

I started my prenatal workouts with Gina starting second trimester of my pregnancy and following the birth of my son. I believe that Mamastefit-ing helped me through my journey both physically and emotionally and being active was immensely beneficial to my c-section recovery.

The MamasteFit postpartum training is beyond amazing! I hadn’t worked out in almost a year during my pregnancy, but Gina’s program has worked wonders for me with rebuilding strength, getting in sync with my postpartum body, and losing baby weight. 10/10 would def recommend to any and all mamas out there!
