MD Fitness changed my life!
Before MD Fitness, I was sluggish, out-of-shape, and extremely stressed out. I couldn't complete a single set of push-ups. But from the moment I started the Boot Camp program, everything changed. Coach P and Kyah have created such a supportive, positive, and judgment-free space that I actually look forward to working out. They truly care about each person's progress and goals. I'm particularly impressed with how Coach P & Coach Kyah always pays attention to my form to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly.
Since joining, I've achieved so much more than I thought possible. I've become more focused, my body is showing nice cuts and definition, and my stress has significantly reduced. The workouts are always challenging but never overwhelming, and their expertise is top-notch. I highly recommend MD Fitness to anyone looking for effective and genuinely encouraging personal trainers.

Personal training with a personal touch. I workout consistently with a group of 4, multiple times a week and have seen consistent results. Best training ever. Very detailed and above all they push you to success. I hated working out but Coach PT and Coach Kyah never let me quit and kept me motivated. My husband gifted me with 6 months of Personal Training sessions with MD fitness. It was the best gift ever, because I prefer one on one rather than working out at a large gym. Coach Patricia and Coach Kyah don't play!! They push you to your limit, but it hurts so good! They have all the equipment you need to reach your goals. I lost inches and pounds and I am toned. It's always nice when family who haven't seen you in a while says "Have you been working out, you look great!" 10/10

I just want to say thank you to the coach. She is absolutely amazing. So inspirational! I am not local to the Indian Trail area. But I met coach PT at an event and let me tell you she fired me up to get back into shape. She was so helpful with advice. And really help me to see that I could get back into my fitness journey. Lately, I've been getting a lot of compliments on the definition of my arms and legs. People say wow, you're bulking up. I cannot take any credit for this. I am so happy that I found this personal training service. The recent global health crisis really made me wake up and realize that I was not in the best physical shape.
