What sets Mell apart from other coaches is the his passion for teaching, and watching his students progress. I’ve been doing 6am sessions with Mell and the energy he brings to each session gets me fired up to start the day. I love the focus he brings to training and the efficiency of the sessions.
Experienced or not, Mell meets his students where they are at and gives them what they need to push the envelope and progress.

I had a free training session with Mell and let me tell you. WOW. I thought i was gonna be sore afterwards but I wasn't. He told me to listen to my body. I broke a sweat in 20 minutes (im out of shape lol) and he told me I need to keep going. I did it. And I feel great! 👍 highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Mells Fight Club! My nephew trained there for 4 days with one-on-one boxing instruction to get him introduced to the sport, and I was truly impressed. What stood out most was the way Coach Mell took the time to explain the purpose behind every drill. He didn’t just put him through the motions—he made sure my nephew understood why each movement mattered and how it all connected.

I came into the session nervous because I hadn’t done boxing before, but Mell dispelled all of my concerns within minutes! Mell is incredibly kind, motivating, and organized. He adjusted our session based off of my skill level and interests and was very patient. In addition, he went through the “why” behind the movements which I really appreciated. I would recommend for anyone looking to learn some self defense, get in shape, or just punch something!!

First off, Mell is an incredible coach. Not only is he welcoming, but great at working with people like myself...someone without any type of fighting or martial arts training in my life. He was extremely informative and encouraging; Made me feel good about each step of my training making sure I fully grasped the concept and techniques he wanted me to learn.
