My son has been working with Mike since June of 2025 and has truly enjoyed the work. The focus has been around strength, agility, explosiveness and adjustment of incorrect form. This has been an informative and challenging experience as Mike has customized the training for my son with a focus on soccer. He does a great job of focusing in on the areas of weakness and driving to shore them up. Mike has been extremely flexible with our changing schedule to keep moving forward.

I canβt say enough great things about Coach Mike and his training. I came to him after ACL surgery and everything was incredible from Day 1. He created a personalized rehab plan which not only helped me rebuild strength and stability in my knee, but also gave me the confidence to return back to playing soccer. His attention to detail stood out to me, he was able to notice small movement patterns that I never noticed on my own and helped correct them to avoid any setbacks. His combination of gym and field area helped me use sports specific movements not normally found with most trainers or therapists. Thanks to his support Iβm back to running, training, and feeling stronger than before my injury. Thanks to his expertise weβve been able to transition our sessions to more athletic movements to get me faster, stronger, and more agile on the field. I am impressed with Mike's ability to motivate, train and improve my daughter's soccer and speed abilities. We found Mike casually at Middle Creek fields when I was personally working with my daughter. She started competitive soccer later in life (at 14) and she is now 16 and improving greatly. She loves working out with Coach Mike and we are starting to see the results on the field. I highly recommend Coach Mike anytime when it comes to improved play on the field.

When the pandemic hit my son started soccer training sessions with Coach Mike. Originally, it was going to be a pandemic activity when schools were virtual but we are still going because the training and results are impressive. The technical instruction in a one on one session is something you can't get at regular club practices and the group sessions offer instant feedback during the scrimmages. Sessions are for all different ages and are tailored to your childs ability and their needs. My son trains with Coach Mike every chance he gets. It has made him a much more skillful player.

Mike has worked with my 95 year old mother in law twice a week in our home for more than three years. He is consistent, punctual, reliable, professional, patient, and kind. His demeanor is always positive and appropriate. He is always upbeat and tries to inject some fun and humor into each workout. The results have been great. Mike offers clear feedback and challenging/fun training, provides interaction with other motivated players. My fourteen year old leaves his workouts feeling tired but accomplished. We travel close to 2 hours each way to see him when we can, only wish we were closer and could get together more often!
