I’m a Certified Functional Strength Coach & Nutrition Coach working with adults 35+ who want to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term health. Whether your goals include managing weight, increasing bone density, enhancing joint stability, or simply feeling stronger and more energized, your program is tailored to meet your needs and lifestyle. I work with clients in-person and remotely.

Mitra was and still continues to be so much more than just a coach. Her commitment to supporting you with your goals is like having a sister, life coach, therapist and work-out buddy all rolled into one. Now, that’s not to say working with Mitra guarantees these dynamics but it is to say Mitra just doesn’t work with you as a “client “ but as a whole person who walks through the door with more than maybe physical goals to achieve. Her knowledge of the body, the body systems and how it all works absolutely allows her to customize your workout goals in a way that feels like play (sometimes 🤣) and not hard work. At the end of the day, she’ll have you running to your sessions because you’ve achieved something far greater than what you may have originally signed up for….you've achieved a greater love for yourself and your fitness / wellness journey more than you thought possible. She’s meticulous in her methods and thorough in her training . She’s a great accountability partner and she does it all while cheering you on not matter how small or insignificant you may feel the steps forward are. Despite my crazy work schedule (I run a business) she always managed to help me stay on track. If you ever have an opportunity to work with Mitra, take it. I promise you, you won’t regret it. And this coming from someone who spent tons of money on gym memberships and never allowing it to stick. I highly recommend working with Mitra as a Coach. ~ Michele

I have been training with Mitra for 2 years and have worked with other personal trainers for the past 14 years. Mitra by far is the best I've ever encountered. She tailors each workout to you, accounts for specific goals around strength & mobility, and tweaks as necessary to account for physical limitations and injuries. She also researches and studies the science behind exercise and nutrition and incorporates those findings into her programs. She is motivating and encouraging, provides counsel on nutrition, and is truly invested in your success. You won't find a better coach!

Mitra Sadeghian was my trainer for over two years, and I'd had previous experience with numerous trainers prior to enrolling in her studio.
She was the best trainer-coach I've ever had, hands down!
Mitra provides refreshingly holistic and individualized coaching which incorporates strength training, a variety of focused weekly workout plans (shared with her clients in a spreadsheet), balance, nutrition, weekly aerobic movement as well as factoring in any injuries. She's also innovatively creative and offered optional group connections with other "athletes" for support and motivation, online blogs, recipes, and optional social events.
Mitra demonstrates a willingness to incorporate new teaching methods and often brings fresh ideas and approaches to her clients. I would classify her as a creator and a pioneer when it comes to fitness coaching.
While her client, I experienced a running injury that included the iliopsoas muscle. During that time, Mitra skillfully adapted my weekly workouts while continuing to challenge me! Thus, she enabled me to continue training without succombing to an acute injury. She kept me moving during an extended recovery!
I would describe Mitra's demeanor as approachable and fun, coupled with warm compassion and an easy laugh. However, at the same moment she made me laugh, she offered me an intense, difficult challenge that pushed me to the boundaries of my limits. She re-invigorated my interest and focus on holistic fitness.
Goals were accomplished that I hadn't thought possible with Mitra's structured, exhausting (!) personalized yet gentle coaching.

Mitra was instrumental in my journey to lose over 60 lbs.! If you want a personal trainer and nutrition coach that is knowledgable, caring and not judgmental, please reach out to Mitra. She is by far one of the best investments I have ever made in myself. She tailors work outs specifically for her clients. I have shoulder and lower back issues and she has been able to create a program to accommodate those injuries. Can not say enough good things. Absolutely highly recommend!
