About the Club

My fitness journey began in upstate New York where I grew up being extremely active outdoors and playing multiple organized sports. Through my high school years, I coached multiple sports camps and began working as a wellness coach at the YMCA. While completing my undergrad at SUNY Cortland as a student-athlete, I began to develop a deeper passion for health and fitness. Along with my studies, I began to train clients and intern with several strength and conditioning coaches. After earning my B.S in Kinesiology, I moved to Wilmington to start my career. I specialize in 1:1 training, small group training, corrective movement, and nutritional guidance. My goal when working with clients is to ensure they feel their healthiest and happiest!

Training with Morgan made the impossible seem within my grasp. In February of 2024 I went through severe septic shock, and during my recovery I found that just performing day to day tasks was more than I could handle. Morgan was able to custom tailor a training plan for my specific situation, after caring enough to spend the time educating herself on my condition, in order to be best suited to equip me for success. Even when I was discouraged at my inability to push beyond what I was able to do before septic shock, Morgan was a constant light of encouragement and support, something I learned was incredible valuable in more ways than just keeping me motivated to exercise. Morgan was also able to help my 12 year build strength and endurance, which helped her tremendously with her dance regiment, where I witnessed noticable improvement just over one summer. I highly recommend Morgan Swan Fitness Club for anyone looking to grow in strength, endurance and confidence.

I have been working out with Morgann for almost 2 years! She is truly amazing. I went from not being confident and out of shape to being in the best shape of my life. She has truly changed my life. Last year I took a trip to Atlanta a few months after I started working out with Morgann and I noticed how much easier it was to be out walking and exploring. I was to able to spend time exploring without over exerting myself. Morgann always makes sure I am comfortable each and every session. She uplifts me and she’s always so positive! I am very thankful for her. I truly don’t know what I would do without her! I definitely recommend Morgann Swan Fitness!

I was looking for a female trainer when I found Morgann. I wanted someone who could push me in the gym but could also understand what fitness as a woman meant. Morgann has been wonderful for me. She has helped me reach many of my goals and we are always setting new ones. She also helped me recover from a back injury which is scary when you like to lift heavy weights. Morgann meets you where you are without any judgment- only respect and love. She truly cares for her clients and listens to make the most of your time with her. I would recommend Morgann for any one at any fitness level. Her partnership at Unleashed Fitness is fantastic and UF offers so much equipment and cool new things to try if you are getting in a rut or need a different way to work out because of injury or personal need. I’ve been working with Morgann, since June because I didn’t really know how to lift properly. Since then, I have learned tons of different strength training workouts, and form, and can now lift more than I ever could! Morgann is super personable, and even does activities to try to bring each other together outside of the gym, like painting/movie nights! Group classes are super fun, and a great way to socialize while getting a great workout! 1x1 classes are also awesome and a great way to especially focus on your form and your individual goals!! highly recommend❤️👏🏻

I started working with Morgann in January of 2023 and she has made such a positive impact in my life and overall health. I am a retired professional ballet dancer and I struggle with old injuries, low self esteem, and chronic illness every day, so bringing myself back into the fitness environment was a huge step for me. Morgann has helped me regain so much of the confidence I lost over time and encourages me to be the best version of myself in every session I have with her. I started working with Morgann at the end of 2023, and as someone who has never tried personal training, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Morgann has by far exceeded any expectations I had going into personal training. Morgann pushes me when I need it, knows when to pull back when I’m not working the correct muscle or have an injury, and provides constructive feedback and stretches to work on at home. In a short 4 months, I feel stronger and have regained confidence inside and outside of personal training. I have never been one to stick to a workout routine for a long time. I’ve always tried different things and given up. She comes with the knowledge, experience, motivation, and versatility that makes working hard to achieve your personal fitness goals worth the effort. We have all abilities, all age groups, and nearly every fitness level in our small group classes and she makes us ALL feel comfortable in pushing ourselves to the next level!
