Great place to get exercise. This is clean, well run facility. The staff is friendly and professional, the rates are reasonable. Of particular note, the professional trainers are also good. A bit pricey I think, but worth it if you need advice and help getting started.

Been working out here for a month now. Enjoyed the 7 day free trial! Really allowed me to experience the atmosphere before making any commitment. Everything is so clean and well managed. Staff is friendly and helpful. The new after hours system they installed is wonderful. Highly recommend. 24hrs too! Work out at your convenience :)

Can never get in. Window is so scratched it can't read our cards to get in when staff is not there. Someone always has to let us in. Other than that the gym is great. Clean and a very nice and polite staff

Love this gym, I was in the USMC and was part of Golds Gym in Jacksonville. Personally this gym is better. The equipment is outstanding always clean and you almost never have to wait on a piece of equipment to open up. Best of all 24 hrs access. Staff are very helpful and the people working out are great and friendly. Would tell and encouraged anyone at any fitness level to check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Clean gym and the workers are always nice and Willing to answer any questions I have. The tanning beds have been packed every single time I've been though. There are only two tanning beds.

Pros-
-no contract
-Machines/equipment is very clean and cleaning supplies readily available. Its probably my biggest deal breaker because some gyms around town never have cleaning supplies and spray bottles are always empty. Im a germaphobe.
-Wide range of exercise equipment for almost every need, and they're very well maintained.

Cons-
-can get too crowded during peak hours
-expensive hidden fees. The gym 'nextdoor' offers key fob practically for free, here it is $20.00 for a tiny piece of plastic with a bar code. Thats like McDonald's charging you 3 dollars extra for the salt on your fries. You wont get the advertised prices unless you sign up for a year or more, that's how most gyms usually get ya('Almost' every gyms business model which i find abhorrent)
-Boring/bland 'by the numbers' corporate like atmosphere, no personality

I enjoy most of my time here but a couple of things need to be dealt with: the scanner at the door takes skill to hit it right otherwise you're not getting inside. The bathroom was a shambles! So filthy dirty! I'm not trying to be hateful because I genuinely like going there most days...but dang, that female bathroom is just gross!

I had to cancel due to moving and I just don't have the time right now however the staff were absolutely understanding and cancelled my membership (I'll be going at my new location) & REFUNDED back two charges. I really appreciate their upbeat and friendly attitudes.

Love this place! Staff is always friendly, and for when they aren't there, the guest have access to cleaning supplies to help keep it clean and so that someone's sweat isn't being passed around lol. They have a variety of workout equipment to choose from, even intructions to help you understand what it is for and how to use it. Bathroom/Changing/Shower room is excellent, lots of space and privacy. They also have a water fountain so you can refill your own water bottle.

We joined this gym a month ago. It is very over crowded at times and they could benefit with expansion. Their instructed classes take up too much space and they need a separate room for those. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful. We like the 24/7 open part so we can go early or late and try to miss some of the crowds. The hydro massage is an perk that we both enjoy.

Only pro to this place is tanning and hydro massage... It's a money gimmick to get rid of local business. Employees are not so great and atmosphere is just stale. If you're wanting to make true progress and not just waist your money going through a generic workout I would highly recommend checking out other gyms. Flex gym great staff and equipment. APL open 24 hours great staff has the choice of standard gym or down stairs cross fit. And lastly Meca gym also good equipment. Keep local gyms in business
