Working with Roger Morrison has been an absolute game-changer on my health and wellness journey. Learning the relationship between a safe and effective weightlifting program and a personally tailored nutrition plan has forever changed the way I approach fitness. Roger patiently taught me safe and proper lifting techniques along with a comprehensive workout program that made all the difference. His nutrition program kept me from feeling hungry while providing the right proportions of protein, carbs and fat for me to loose fat while increasing muscle. The most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever met, Roger Morrison explained every step of the process and why he tells you to eat certain things in a way I could easily understand and easily follow. His nutrition plans cater to you and only you and is maintained by you and him. After 8 weeks I drop from 19-20% body fat to 12-13% body fat. This was a huge change for me after feeling the only way to fat loss was starvation. He works with your payment schedule and definitely the best bang for your buck.

Rodger definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to getting a body together. When I did his program I know nothing about nutrition or metabolism or weight training. But after a few weeks of his program I knew everything I needed to know to develop a good physique and great eating habits definitely worth the money spent.
