Staff are great however these certain parents kept bothering me about where I could and could not stand. First of all they are not the owner nor the instructor to tell me what to do. My child was not even a member yet and I was going to sign my child up but these particular parents ruined it. So my child's first and last time here. So aggravating these parents are. Also they have the smallest TV screens on the planet to barely see your kid while they practice. Need to invest in a clear room so we can observe our kids better.

This dojo has made my life switch entirely. I used to be sad and not healthy, but now im the happiest I could have ever hoped and being with this dojo is beyond grateful. And trust me not all dojos are perfect, and we all make mistakes even black belts. But we learn how to overcome those mistakes leave them in the past and go forward. Last night, new years eve 2021, my daughter went to the lock in here. She messaged me at 1:30am telling me there was someone with alcohol drinking on the premises. I went in this morning (new years day 2022) to pick my daughter up and talk to the "sensei" there about the issue to get it handled because my daughter wants to be in karate and we were so excited. One incident does not condemn the entire establishment, but what does is completely dismissing the entire situation and everything I had to say. Not once did I hear an apology. I will admit, being the momma bear that I am, I walked in there mad as a hornet and cussed, not at him mind you, just about the situation. He called me out immediately and I apologized (more than once throughout our conversation) about disrespecting him and his dojo. I stayed respectful the entire rest of our conversation. I looked him in his face and told him that all I'm hearing is excuses and me being dismissed. These are the things he said to me: "Well it was one of my black belts." "I've been doing this a long time, this isn't just something I picked up as a hobby." "Well I guess we were just raised differently." Completely and utterly unacceptable. He did tell me how amazing my daughter is, which I already knew. I will be contacting other dojos and senseis in order to find out how to handle the situation properly and go through all the proper channels. Alcohol should be nowhere near an establishment at a child lock in. Especially when it's open to the public. This was my daughter's first time ever experiencing the karate world and I'm extremely disappointed by it, but it will not be the last.

I’m convinced this is the best karate school out there. All the senseis are great. Master Armstrong has truly changed my life, and I believe he is the best black belt and sensei out there. Not only are they fantastic teachers but there also there for you when you need help. They even gave me the nickname Texas ranger, because my name is walker. Highly recommend dojo.

My first tai chi class was a major success and I really enjoyed! Diane and the entire class were so very welcoming! I can’t wait to come back and make this a normal routine. I felt so good after and let stress go, it was great! The breathing with the movement and I was sore! One man in class said he has even quit taking a blood pressure medication since starting the class. I highly recommend you try this place and this class. Felt like a family!

I come here for tai chi. Classes are run great for beginners, but the teacher makes sure that more experienced students are challenged. A great workout that has really helped my health!
