I'm not a fan of gyms or group classes but was looking for a fitness program that would keep me motivated and accountable. Chris does a great job of making you feel at home while keeping you focused and he backs up the encouragement with a deep knowledge of the body and its movement. His attitude and philosophy are a breath of fresh air compared to the bully-like approach of some trainers or the barely-present type who spend most of the session on their phone. Whether you have highly specific needs or just need some help with general fitness, Chris is the ideal personal trainer and he works hard to customize a program unique to your body and your goals.

Very warm, encouraging, knowledgable, and health aware. Chris is great to work with you to achieve your personal physical goals, be that to push to the next level in athleticism, diversify your workout, or general wellness. He tailors a workout plan for the individual, and helps think through and identify/refine health goals. He helps hold you accountable without being pushy, very healthy communicator. I found Chris after decades of trying (and failing) to find a good trainer. Working with Chris helped shift so many of my perspectives about fitness. Whereas before, working out often felt like a struggle, I now think of it as something I want to do simply because it makes me feel good and strong. Chris is amazing a meeting clients where they are. He is body positive, capable of working with any kind of limitation, and enthusiastic about helping people achieve their goals. Chris is an amazing personal trainer. He is so knowledgable about fitness but never comes across as pushy or big-headed. His demeanor is calm and encouraging. Chris helps as much mentally as physically, which makes going to each session something to look forward to. I'd encourage people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels to go to work with Chris.
