My first experience at this gym was incredibly positive! A mommy friend and I brought our little ones to their open gym for siblings and friends, and we had several kids with us all under the age of three. Josh was amazing — he was so accommodating to our group and really went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome.

He encouraged our little adventure seekers to try everything, and the best part was how safe it all felt. Everything was cushioned, so even my 8-month-old could crawl around freely without worry. The variety of gymnastics stations kept the kids engaged the whole time, and it was fun to watch them explore at their own pace.

I also loved that socks were available for purchase in case you forgot (a lifesaver for moms like me!). Overall, such a great spot for young kids to play, explore, and build confidence in a safe and fun environment. We’ll definitely be back!

We used to send both our kids to classes because the teacher was so nice and good with the kids, but the classes just kept getting bigger and bigger and just seemed like chaos. They really need to cap class sizes at a place that doesn't compromise the individual child's ability to learn and have attention.

We love My Gym!! We have been going here for years. Everyone is so wonderful with my kids. Josh has always been so welcoming and kind to my family . He recently added to his team and it’s been wonderful! Aaron and Tabitha are phenomenal and so caring to my kids. The classes are so interactive and fun, and move so effortlessly. If you haven’t checked them out recently, I highly recommend it.

I used to enjoy bringing my son to a few classes to tumble and get some indoor energy out. However, I was really disappointed when the owner invited a Christian “author” (if you could even call him that), to share a book about “crayons” but it was *really* a theme rooted from Christianity, even had a verse from the Bible. I did not come here sir to learn about Christianity. I spent 25 years having it shoved down my throat. There was NO disclosure or anything that the book was about religion. The email and signs made it that an author wanted to share his new book, free event, etc etc. No thanks. I am not supporting a business who does not disclose or communicate what they are choosing to teach or tell our children. If you want to open a faith-based establishment, then do it. I doubt the corporation as a whole wants their brand under this narrative though. Not going back.

All 3 of my children enjoy classes at MyGym, and I've noticed the increase in confidence in them when practicing new skills they learned in class. Joshua combines education and fun in the gym, maintaining quality, care, and character, as well as patience. He has been especially generous to my family, always giving selflessly. His birthday parties at the gym are a time to remember! I highly recommend him.

Really poor customer service, my wife and I signed up for a week trial pass for $19. We checked the app the night before the trial was up and the app displayed that our trial was cancelled. Next day I get a charge for $130 and when I call him to provide a refund because I never signed up for a month he refused to provide a refund. Lack of quality service, he intentionally doesn’t display cancelling the auto-enrollment on the app so he can swindle a months charge.

I recommend that prospective visitors interested in the summer camp programs ask detailed questions about staffing levels and supervision before booking. Ensuring there are enough qualified staff members to adequately look after the children is crucial for a safe and enjoyable experience.
In my recent experience, we had a typical incident between our child and another. However, the staff highlighted their lack of counselors at the time, making it difficult to supervise all the children effectively. They assured us this would be resolved once additional staff came onboard in the coming weeks.

Unfortunately, we decided to pull our child out of the camp after four days, though we were refunded for the unused days. Overall, while the potential for a great time is there in summer camp situations, I believe better communication and sufficient staffing are areas that need significant improvement at My Gym, Huntersville.

I was introduced to My Gym through Jess with "SliceofJess"(IG) while shopping at Nina's Boutique (Birkdale). She referred me to the owner Sarah who has been a pleasure to work with so far. Her communication and follow up is awesome!! I was in search of a preschool for my 2 year old. I have visited several places and loved several of them. My Gym is in a great location, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN =) and affordable. I love the concept of have a gym and a preschool together. My daughter was preemie so this will help her develop her fine motor skills while also in a learning environment. I cant wait for her to begin. #Mommytime #Mommybreak

Thank you for taking such great care of our son during the Parents Night Out event tonight (3/13). We LOVE my gym!! I have tried every place around and by far this is the best option in our area that checks all the boxes.
The review about racial diversity and the owner never there must be from a different location because that is NOT true of this location. Sarah (owner) is amazing! So are all the other instructors.
Our baby was non social, non mobile, non verbal (12 months) when we started and he bloomed very quickly and I know it was due to his class. (16 months now) It’s clean, great music, different layout weekly and tons of stuff for babies to do even if they can’t do much to start. Non pushy and laid back environment. I highly recommend my gym in Huntersville.

Nice gals. Fun stuff for the kiddos. Tried it out for the first time today and my almost 3yo had fun. They weren't pushy with my hesitant one so I have a funny feeling she will be more willing to join in next time.

My 3 year old tried a free class and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My child did not have a good listening day and they were over and above patient and she had a lot of fun and learned a little in the process.

My twins have been attending classes since last summer, and it continues to be the highlight of their week. They attend class, but I also appreciate the unlimited open gym play time. The instructors are so great with the kids, they genuinely are happy to see them each week. We highly recommend My Gym, I just wish we had started going here sooner!
