The absolute best gym in town with all the free weights and machines you need for a superior workout. The owners are there and are just the best treating you like you're family. They have the best smoothies!!

Greg and Lynne have done a great job, for small town Whiteville. The gym has most of the essentials at this location, plus a giant classroom upstairs, which is handy for floor exercises! Heavy weight room is smaller, but they have another location for that, as well as another female only location. This location is coed and open 24 hours. Everyone that works here, as well as other gym attendees, have all been very kind and considerate. Everyone cleans their equipment, takes turns, and are kind and respectful.
