This is an excellent gym, i actually didn't realize how big it was until we went inside. The place is always super clean and the staff is very friendly. Unlike other gyms, I've been to in the past. This place seems to be very calm and everyone seems to be very courteous and friendly. I have to say it's also good to know. That the Police station is right next door and there are so many police officers that use that gym. You could definitely feel safe there. They have a little place for karate. Tans, and yoga. I just wish they figured out how to get someone at the shake booth.

I Came to Louisburg and needed a gym for the week. We found New Life Fitness on Google just 20 minutes away. Very nice gym. The 7 day guest pass they hooked us up with was priced right as well! Solid equipment and staff as well. Very welcoming, highly recommended.

What a fantastic little gym. I was in town for a week and this gym had everything I needed and more. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Guest pass pricing is on point too! If I’m back in the area I’ll definitely be coming back here. Thank you New life!

Love being able to come whenever. Sheldon and staff make it inviting, clean, and fun to use the equipment. The price is stupendous for what you get and my oldest daughter loves coming to kid zone. Likely going to get her in with Steve King for some karate soon.

I often traveled back home to take care of my mother. I needed a place with the flexibility that allowed me to work out. This fit the bill. It wasn’t the cheapest but it was close by, staff friendly, equipment was good and I was happy. Win Win!!!

It is a great gym. It has all the regular things people worry about but there are bumper plates too and nice bars and a legit punching bag and a hassle free membership process but above all else for me personally it's 24 hour access (with a membership) and it's always clean and people are nice and it's close to my house which I've always found great for me especially. But I'd drive a decent way to go here too if I had too

While home on leave for Memorial Day, stopped in to check the gym out. Upon asking if they have any weekly rates for Active Duty Military on leave. I was informed it's $10 per day or $25 for three days to save $5. At this point I might as well get a membership. Not military friendly and would not recommend.

This is the best gym I've seen in 22 years of working out.

The equipment is awesome -- Neutral grip bar, Farmer's Walk Apparatus, Multiple quality racks, very nice collars, heavy bag, rubber weights. The owner or manager I talked with was super-nice and made me feel totally welcome even though I was just visiting the area.

Incredible place for a good workout and I can't wait to come back.

Canceled membership of $55.00 a month because we use the treadmill and they were all out of date or broken. Almost all equipment is outdated or not working. A waste of money. You do not get what you pay for. Too expensive for what's available!!

It's a decent gym. If you are coming from a chain gym like Planet Fitness you will be little disappointed by this gyms equipment and price. The weight lifting equipment is fine and they have many different machines and free weights.
My only disappointment is the cardio equipment. The treadmills are very dated and there aren't many. Maybe one good treadmill to run on and the rest are smaller ones. They do have more elipicatils but they are also dated but work fine. Having headphone jacks to be able to hear the tv on the cardio machines would be good.

I just joined and have only gone a few days after work and so far it hasn't been busy. The staff seem friendly. They have a daycare sorta room in the back of the gym and a person to watch small kids which seems like a very nice feature. They offer classes but not sure how they work .

Overall it's a nice independent gym and meets the needs for people to workout at.
