This place is a joke. My daughter was going there and every other week they would cancel or close down for some holiday. They don’t compensate your monthly payment. They have weather calls sick calls everything you can think of on top of that. The coaches are constantly changing up because one calls out so they’re not consistent with their coaches sometimes you’ll get one that picks on girls that can’t do as much as other girls and make them cry. This place is ridiculous. There’s no management or oversight. The lady at the front desk is rude.

We started at Omega a year ago for my then 8 year old daughter. The session training, coaches, and front office staff have been amazing! Registration and payments are very simple, and we are so happy to continue here a second year. I feel like my daughter gets better and better every single week. Thanks Omega for the myriad of times and programs you offer and all the care you put into building young minds and bodies. We are very grateful for you!

We love omega and all the staff! This is my daughter’s first year competing and I have to say it really feels like one big family here. From day 1 we knew this gym was the right fit for us with how welcoming and supportive everyone is. I can’t thank Coach Jenn and Mackenzie enough for everything they do to keep pushing Madi to reach her goals. And to top it off, the office manager Sarah is incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond and we appreciate everything she does!

Absolutely the WORSE gym I’ve EVER enrolled my child in. The gym is sooooo chaotic it has about 9 coaches IF that on any given day. The team girls practice basically on their own if they aren’t a “pick” they don’t get the help unless asked. They have coaches there with children on the team & have special privileges & placed based on the likeness of their parents working in the gym.
My daughter came later in the season was evaluated & placed level 4/xcel Gold on Friday Sept. 13th started practicing the very next week & everybody was loving her. My daughter statutes school here & got her hair done & really started showing her skills then all of a sudden the girls on her team started talking & chit chatting not wanting to be her “friend” the next week she got her nails done then another child makes it her business to confront her about her nail length & why HER nails were in her mouth again we brought it to the coaches attention they said they would phone the parent to get it taken care of on Monday oct 7th I went to the front desk yet again about these lil girls being catty & not showing great sportsmanship they have a team meeting for about 35-45mins not even an hour later my daughter is running out the gym crying about another lil girl minding her business ganging up on her with a few of the other girls about my child “moving out of the way” so now I’m upset because why is this keep happening & nothing is really being done fr. Have a parent meeting thought it would be fine we go to practice on Thursday & I’m seeing things I haven’t been happy with to include no beam routine no floor routine I asked to speak to the head person Coach Shae asking him for understanding about levels & competition as well as the floor & beam routine & it being so close to competition for her & not being able to get that practice in for perfection it went left & he told me if I wasn’t happy I could leave without a 30day notice when all I was asking for was clarity on the levels competition side & seeing if it was better if she just waited until next year so she didn’t have to be repeating levels & that was the plan on their end & a surprise to us when next year came. I left the gym yesterday evening with Sarah writing a list to get back to me with dates or when routines would be ready from a coach who was out. I received an email after 1pm today removing my child from the program IMMEDIATELY & I was not allowed back on premises or my child as if we did something to warrant this type of response because I asked for understanding & when will my daughter receive her material for competition. The emails were very distasteful & wrong to say the least.
It’s cool though because my daughter came from a top tier gym with great skills & I know this gym was not a great fit anyways. As a military brat sometimes she has to settle with the options she has & we were settling for Omega my daughter is used to structured stricter & more organized program & this team program isn’t even close to what she is used to.
I do not recommend this small gym to any gymnast that wants to actually go places with their gymnastics career outside of just doing it because their living their moms dreams or following in their moms footsteps. If I could give ZERO stars I would soooo many gymnasts soooo little coaches watching the girls properly. I’m actually surprised they are able to still run a business with the way the gym is OVER SATURATED & not enough space for the gymnast to practice correctly. My child didn’t even last 30 days & I had to pay for an enrollment fee & they push my child out with no word on refunding my money paid thus far.
The team fees are outrageous & seem unreasonable & asking for clarity I also got an attitude from Sarah at the desk. It was a lot & happy we don’t have to endure any more of the bullying & entitlement of the girls from this program.

The school is amazing, they are there for the children... they understand special needs children, and the staff adjust to help them... it took my little one over a month to come out of her shy shell and now her confidence is up... thank you!

This business is just out for your money, you pay month by month and when you are ready to stop attending you are required to pay in additional monthly subscription (YOU HAVE TO CANCEL IN WRITING). Establishment such as this use the fine print to gain more capital. A 30 day notice is just bonkers. I personally would highly recommend finding another place to take your children.

Top notch coaches and equipment! Omega strikes an amazing balance between competition and fun; neither of which are compromised. I’m so glad to have found a fun and safe place to assist in the development of my gymnast.

We've been going to Omega for about 8 years. My daughter has always felt loved and cared for. She competed at many levels and has done very well. That's a testament, not only to her ability, but the ability of the coaches to teach and inspire.

The cheer department is amazing, I'm hospitalized so a lot of this falls on my husband. The whole staff makes themselves available to answer any and all questions. It's important for me to maintain a regular life for my daughter they have made that possible. It means the world to our family.

Thanks Omega!

Love this place! The cheer program is amazing and the coaches are fantastic! The only thing my child looks to during the week is going to cheer class. She loves the coaches and all her friends at the program. Couldn’t ask for more. If you’re looking for a coaching place that makes your child feel at home and encouraged, this is the place to go!!!

Hands down the best coaches -- they know how to work well with kids to train skills and also make practices fun. The competitive cheer program is amazing. Coach Chris is super talented and creative. The national championships don't lie, this is the best gym in the region for a reason!

This gym has too many classes going on at one time. Too many safety issues. The front desk staff is rude. The bathrooms, gym and waiting room are gross. Very chaotic environment. My child was not happy there.

I love it here! My daughter is very happy about all the skills she's been taught here! Its just one slight problem. The front desk lady. She always has an attitude and sometimes gives the wrong information. Other than that I love it there. 😃

I went to find my daughter up for the 9 year old gymnastics class. But there was no spaces for her to start class ok my daughter was put on the waiting list. Which was fine with me. But my discrepancy was when I went to find my daughter of the young lady in the front didn't seem interested. It was more so an "oh well" attitude. They gave me a call back about a month ago saying that they had an opening well at the time my daughter was already in a gymnastic class. But i ask about a six year old class for my other daughter and they stated that they were going to call me back. But they never called back...

Omega Gymnastics has most definitely improved it's staff and office manager. My daughter just started a few months ago, and she very much enjoys taking there! Her coach is very attentive, and doesn't waste any time! My daughter has improved in her tumbling skills and ability to do all the events! Thanks to Omega, she will be competing very soon! :)
