I’ve been going to Omnia Paratus Health Training Center for a few months now, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From day one, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and truly feels like a second home. It’s more than just a gym it’s a welcoming, family environment where everyone cheers each other on and celebrates progress together.

I started with personal training sessions with the one and only amazing Rick, and he is truly the best! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and encouraging, but he's also just wonderful to talk to. He took the time to understand all aspects of my health, not just the physical, and created a personalized plan that helped me build confidence and strength with the goal of joining the group classes with my husband.
Now, I actually look forward to going to every class! The group sessions are fun, challenging, and thoughtfully structured.

The trainers are great at providing modifications so that everyone can succeed safely, regardless of ability or experience. They make sure you’re doing movements correctly to avoid injury, and they're always right there with you, cheering you on.
Whether you're someone who doesn’t want to spend time planning your own workouts, or you just want a small group environment with hands-on guidance, OPHT is perfect. I truly can’t recommend it enough it’s a place where you feel supported, seen, and part of a fitness family.

Best gym I have ever been to. "Bar" none. I've been attending for almost two years now and feel blessed to find a gym that trains hard and trains smart. I do the group classes but they feel like personal training sessions with the attention and instruction provided at the beginning of and during the workout. I never feel like I'm on my own but I do feel pushed beyond what I think I am capable. The workouts cycle in about 5 week blocks and include everything from kettlebells and bars to athletic movements with bands, sleds, cardio and plyometrics...and the warmups are just as tailored to prep for the work ahead and challenge new movement patterns. You can tell the cycles are expertly crafted with attention and include strength, power, hypertrophy, kettlebell. I appreciate the diversity of movement and the cohesion across the workouts. The coaches are great and truly care!!

I do personal training at Omnia and I have nothing but good things to say. Megan, my trainer, is knowledgeable, encouraging and a great role model. The energy during classes and one-on-ones is truly one of a kind as the coaches encourage but push everyone to work hard and do their best. The classes are difficult but it's amazing to see people grow and get stronger as they go.

I had an amazing experience at Omnia Paratus Gym. Trainer James put my girlfriend and I through his famous med ball workout and it exceeded our expectations. James’ knowledge on strength and conditioning is top notch and he always brings a positive energy to the gym while also pushing you to do your best and making sure you are doing all exercises and lifts with correct form.
Our workout was challenging but fun, and we left feeling energized and accomplished. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this gym has something for everyone. Words will never adequately convey the gratitude for Coach Eric nor OPHT, but I’ll do my best! I began working with Coach Eric in 2017 - the OG squad! In 2018/2019, Coach Eric trained me through a nasty disc herniation injury. I give him credit for me avoiding surgery as well as rebuilding, reconditioning and redirecting my method to training. Coach Eric’s exercise physiology knowledge and expertise is second to none.
After garage training through the infantile stages of OPHT, I found my way back to Eric and Erika in 2022; the rest of history.
OPHT programming and coaches have made me the strongest I have ever been. Their methods are top tier and take us through all levels of training. But it’s the people. the environment. and the wholistic approach. From nutrition planning and personal training, to physical therapy with Dr Jess, to mental health with Erika, OPHT has it all.

One of the best places I have ever trained. As a physical therapist of 10+ years, I have worked and trained in many different gyms. The programming here is like non-other. It is specific, progressive, and changes every five weeks so adaptation is always occurring. I am the strongest I have ever been, and I trained with them right up until I was 39 weeks pregnant. The student to teacher ratio is 7:1 and capped at 14. Not many places can attest to that level of attention with the style of training and programming they are implementing. If you want to truly make changes to your body, strength, mind...this is the place to be. So grateful to have found this community!

I've never done a Google review for anything before, but Omnia deserves all of the praise and shout-outs as words can not describe how thankful I am for everyone who works there. As someone who has suffered from chronic back pain for over 10 years, I had had multiple medical professionals (and other personal trainers) tell me that walking normally was about all I could hope for, and even that may be a stretch. Omnia was the first place that refused to accept that as my reality- they helped me prepare physically for my back surgery last year (which helped cut down my recovery time by 1-2 weeks), supported me mentally when I was prohibited from most movement, and since I have returned, have cultivated a program that is helping me get my life back. I really hate calling Omnia a 'gym', because it is so much more than that. If you're considering checking them out, take my advice and just do it- you will NEVER regret it.

Omnia is a place like no other!! Our son has been working with them for over two years and the transformation is unbelievable. Eric has played and coached football himself and having that experience has been invaluable for our son’s growth. In fact, many athletes train here.

As a chiropractic practitioner who is very picky with programming due to the lack of functional movement incorporated into most programs, I have never been as impressed with a fitness facility as I am with OPHT. Every coach is extremely focused and fully invested in the athletes who work with them. Group classes have a 1:7 ratio of coach:athlete which is a fresh of breath air compared to many facilities that cram 25+ people into a class with only one coach. This place is amazing! I started going in late September after learning that I would most likely need a hip replacement. I was no longer able to do the things I love like cycling, cardio, gardening and going on hikes. I had constant pain while sitting, standing and sleeping, and as a consequence, I was quite depressed. I was hoping to get strong before my surgery so that my recovery would be quick. Rick, my trainer, immediately got to work strengthening my hips, core and back. After going a couple of months, I noticed the pain in my hip was much decreased. By December, I felt good enough to restart doing my cardio, gardening and hiking. Now, I can do most things with little to no pain and I feel like my happy self again. OPHT literally changed my life and I am so grateful!

I came to Eric and Erika in September 2023 desperate to find anyone who could help me break my pain cycle/fear of pain and help me confront my fears of movement in the gym. Most importantly, I needed and wanted a professional to look at me and my movement patterns while keeping in mind my goal to get my confidence back.

After 20 years of being in the fitness world and industry where my life and my families life has always revolved around fitness and sport, I felt it come crashing down on me after severe back pain left me scared to move in any way- in day to day movement and in the gym! This is no way to live and not realistic and I felt like I couldn’t be apart of what my family and I love so much. I could feel my mental health suffering and I was battling to try and stay optimistic but after a year of continuously modifying all workouts, numerous physical therapy sessions, countless dry needling, back injections, and opting for the couch and bed rather than participating in life- it was pretty evident the solution wasn’t completely physical but really integrating mental health work into movement. Enter Omnia Paratus!

That first day with Eric, after a few minutes of terrified tears,
We got through an hour session AND I had no residual pain during and after. He held me accountable, he listened, he heard me and just from that alone I felt I was in good and capable hands. Trust was developed and that in and of itself kept me going every single week! The biggest accomplishment to date is that I confronted my fears, broke the pain cycle, and found out how to better move in my day to day. 4 months of continuous personal training,
meeting me where I was at but still pushing me to my edge, I was able to break away from thinking I was inherently broken and my body was destroyed. Every training session was a huge success because I proved to myself I am
Capable.

I got my life back, I’m able to fully participate in my kids activities without worrying about physical pain, I’m able to be fully present because the anxious thoughts have decreased and most importantly I know I can tackle the hard things in life with the tools I’ve been gifted by a community of amazing coaches that saw me as capable. Omnia Paratus Health Training is exactly what the name says; a community that understands that health is not just physical but honors and stresses the importance of mental and emotional health. Last month I signed up for a lifting class taught by Coach Hye at OPHT. It was my first time there and the gym was well organized and the people I met welcoming! I stopped doing deadlifts and cleans cause of low back pain during the lifts. My goal was to lift heavier weights again without pain. He really broke down the move then had the group perform them at different heights. He took the time to make suggestions for each individual. I think several ended up getting PR’s. I really enjoyed his class and plan to take more in the future. I was so happy to lift more than I had in a while with NO PAIN during the lift. The bonus was I had no back pain after too. I’m hoping to fit in a Saturday conditioning/strength class at some point.

It's hard even to know where to start! There are so many great things to say about the OPHT staff and the environment they have created. After nearly three years of abandoning working out due to COVID and other reasons, the OPHT team has been helping me break out of my bad habits and get me into decent shape. This is not a typical gym but a community that focuses on building mental and physical strength. After many years of working out alone, I was struggling to find motivation to get to the gym. I was very hesitant to go back to a gym after many years of CrossFit, but several dear friends talked about the environment and coaching at Omnia, so after (literally) weeks of deliberation and increasing lack of self motivation, I opted to take a class.

At my first class, I was not only impressed by the very welcoming athletes, but that there were two coaches and classes were capped to 14. The instructions were not only very detailed, but the coaches truly make sure each person is moving through movements correctly, or making appropriate modifications to a movement if mobility/injury is a factor.

After my first week, I already felt like family with the 5am crew. I travel often for work, and the Omnia team makes sure I am fully supported even when I am unable to join them in the gym. I have thoroughly enjoy the approach and programming here, even if it kicks my butt.

I have had the opportunity to train with each of the coaches at Omnia. Each brings their own special spark to classes, it is clear they all share a deep passion for what they do. Recently, I read their philosophy and I can say with 100% certainty it is genuinely accurate. While floundering at the big box gym, I've watched my wife thrive at Omnia Paratus Health Training. As a cancer survivor, strength training is a vital part of her health regimen. She finally convinced me to check it out, and after two intense kettlebell workouts in their amazing facility, I was all in. The majority of my gym, and road-work experiences have been cardio centric with very little emphasis on proper and supervised resistance training. Eric, Erika, Rick, and Megan have been both patient and persistent in their work with me. It's one thing to hoist weights around and quite another to lift with proper mechanics and technique, under the watchful eye of world class trainers, for proven results and avoidance of injury. I could not be more pleased with the passion, commitment to excellence, and sense of community I've found at OPHT. As a 60 year old man, my health is of utmost importance, and I've found a place to grow stronger physically and emotionally.

I have been coming here for a little over a year, this place is fantastic. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, focused on technique and genuinely care about their clients. They are some of the most positive and supportive people i have been around. The workouts are hard and meant to push you to get better.
