Visiting from Coloraodo.. came to a drop in class with Tommy. I've been to many different places/otf studios and by far Tommy was THE best orange theory coach I have ever had. Enthusiastic, authentic, helpful, awesome personality...I can only offer rave reviews about him. You are lucky to have him at this location! :)

I signed up for my first class at this location, however upon arrival I was not able to take the class because I had not completed “orientation”. After reviewing the email confirmation I received upon booking, I can confirm there was no indication of a required 30min orientation before class. I wouldn’t have minded doing the orientation however the team needs to force an extra 30 min booking to make it extra clear that it is required, and/or make it extra clear via email. I was rather turned away at the door, after driving 30min and planning my day around this class. This shows poor logistics and created a bad customer experience and I will not be returning.

I’m obsessed! The workouts are completely adaptable to each person’s ability and are great for burning calories and gaining strength. Stephanie is the only trainer I’ve met and she’s fantastic. The rest of the staff I’ve interacted with is very welcoming. Clean facility and fun classes!

Such a pleasant staff and facility. I truly have enjoyed my experience at this OTF over the years, and everyone is so kind and welcoming. I'm soooo sad that I've moved out state and had to leave OT Southern Pines. Everyone on the team was so welcoming when I first joined. The workouts are always fun and I enjoyed the class variety. In just a few weeks I felt a change in my body and was achieving my short term/long term fitness goals. Signing up for a class was never a chore, the app is super easy to use. The class schedule was great for me as I had an ever changing schedule. There was always a time that worked for me. I recommend OT Southern Pines to any of my friends interested in hearing me gush about a gym. Thank you OT Southern Pines team!

OTF Southern Pines is a great place to workout. The staff is extremely friendly and meets the needs of their members. Each class is engaging and they incorporate a lot of games and goal setting to keep it from feeling mundane. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a class environment and a hard hitting workout that’s just under an hour.

OTF has an inclusive and fun environment, where I can challenge myself and work hard. The workouts are always different and keep me engaged! Working out with other people is just fun! I have seen significant results from a few months of work and feel MUCH stronger. I also think all the instructors are kind and encouraging. Highly recommend!

Big Peloton user but was out of town for an extended period of time and decided to join Orange Theory… awesome change, let alone full body work out. The staff here was always super friendly and hospitable. Calle at the front was helpful with registration and accommodations. Breghan was a great instructor. She was balanced between hype and motivation, while being mindful of good form. Overall great program and great location to get a strong workout. Thank you.

I love our SP Orange Theory! You track your progress and compete with yourself which can feel like motivation even of the sluggiest of days. The coaches are fun and I love that I come, the workout is laid out for me, I do it at my own pace, and leave.

I’ve always enjoyed working out in a timed, high energy, group environment. The “OT way” fills one full hour of what your body needs to burn calories, build muscle strength and overall wellness. I can also track OT workouts on my Apple Watch to go toward my daily goals, which I love. Great group of trainers, music and mega clean studio! GREAT JOB OT - Aberdeen, NC!

I had my 1st experience at OrangeTheory Fitness on Wednesday. I loved the atmosphere. The coach was great about explaining how to use the equipment and do the workouts. The workout pushed me to do more than I would do by myself at home. Going back next week and can't wait to see some results.

OrangeTheory in Southern Pines is a great place to workout. The coaches are there to guide you through the workout and give you the extra motivation to push a little harder where you can without being pushy or off putting. Especially during COVID, they are doing an amazing job of keeping everyone safe while providing a great work out experience.

I LOVE Orangetheory!!! Prior to discovering Orangetheory (OTF) I wanted to get in shape but was too self conscious and intimidated to join a standard gym. I had no idea what exercises to do or if I was doing them correctly. OTF takes care of all of that for me. I just have to show up and put in the work. I feel totally at ease in this studio. All the workouts are easily modifiable to my fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The studio is extremely clean and during this time of COVID, I have no concerns about working out here. While I haven’t reached my goal (YET!) I’ve never felt better physically and mentally since joining.

Great workout. I have done the CrossFit, traditional weight lifting and running. What I lacked was accountability to stay with them. Working out for
me is more than being or getting physically fit. It’s mental health and feeling good about accomplishment. OTF gives me a reason to get up and motivate. Sure it’s expensive, not every workout is favorite and I have wanted to walk out in the middle of class, but it’s worth every penny.

Orange Theory Fitness in Southern Pines is consistently amazing! Their workouts are challenging but allow for flexibility in adjusting the workout to fit your experience and fitness level. The coaches are motivational and will answer any question you may have. Customer service is excellent and is always prompt with getting back with you. It never fails, I always leave Orangetheory Fitness feeling better then when I went in. If you are on the fence, the best advice I can give is take the leap. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely love Orangetheory SP! I joined back when they first opened and was hooked immediately. The workouts are like nothing I had ever done before with the treadmill, rower and floor all within the hour. I love leaving knowing I've gotten both strength and cardio in. So happy when they were able to open back up last month, already seeing great improvements in my endurance and strength. The coaches are helpful and encouraging and keep it fun! :) If you're on the fence, try it! You won't regret it!

I have been taking classes at Orangetheory for over 5 years, with 1 year at the Southern Pines location and I love it. It is by far one of my favorite work outs, and the team and coaches are amazing! Very helpful, friendly, motivating, and encouraging, and I have felt extremely safe while working out here during COVID. The team really goes above and beyond to ensure everyone’s safety. One thing I also have to mention is the great music the coaches play which is always really important to me when I work out:). It definitely helps you get pumped for class and continue to push through!

OTF Southern Pines provides the most comprehensive and exciting workout experience. The classes are well rounded and fast paced, the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Great place to push yourself. Workouts are led by motivated coaches but you put your own effort into it. I workout constantly on my own, but OTF is a great change of pace workout and I leave there tired and happy with my results (usually burn a ton of calories). The gym is very clean, staff is very friendly. 5/5 would recommend that anyone should try it out!

Orangetheory pushes me with EVERY workout and keeps me accountable, but the workouts are flexible enough that any age or workout level can adapt to their personal weight or speed. This Southern Pines location feels like family with familiar faces (coaches, staff, and those working out) every morning my wife and I go. I joined very skeptical, but I was sold after my first visit to this location. Their COVID-19 precautions and cleaning are second to none. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere in the studio keeps me pushing hard and the layout of the workout takes all the guess work out. Being able to walk into the studio and just push myself to exhaustion with a coach and the entire studio cheering me on is just what I needed! The orange lights also make it that much easier to get all sweaty and red faced and not care one bit what the person next to me thinks! Love it!

The workouts were just to difficult for me with my medical history. My issue with them is financial. Dont let them fool you. I have paid three extra months. I called to cancel after the first month. No mention of paperwork, just told that management would call me. Only call I recieved was from a coach. I called again after another 3rd month was drafted from my account. I was told that I had to fill out paperwork but that my December payment would be refunded. Didnt happen! After yet another call today I have been told that I will get a refund for January only. Caution do not be fooled by no contract.

The staff at Orangetheory are definitely something to brag about! They are super friendly, professional and care about you and your workout. The music was never dull, the instructions were always clear. It was a fantastic workout from start to finish. I loved that we were moving for the entire hour. Compared to my normal CrossFit workouts, this had a longer duration of cardio and less heavy weights (although there are heavy dumbbells there if you want to use them). I also prefer the water rower at Orangetheory any day of the week! It was so much fun, everyone should at least give Orangetheory a try!
