We have been working with Mel for over a year via Zoom and we couldn’t be more pleased. He is able to effectively train us and give us advice virtually which has been great for us. Virtual training allows us the flexibilities we need. Mel is an extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and experienced trainer. He pushes us, corrects our form, and knows exactly what we need. He also explains the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of fitness. He understands any limitations a client may have but can quickly find alternatives. He is at the top of his game! I have worked out for over 30 years which has included weight lifting, running, yoga, fitness classes, training for races/triathlons, working with other personal trainers, etc, so I assumed I had it mostly figured out. But I can say with complete honestly, I have learned from Mel. I’m continually impressed and thankful for what he has to offer.

I have had an awesomely amazingly fun time working out. The Zumba classes with Lakisha have put the fun and motivation back into exercising. I feel like this is something I can finally commit to reach my fitness goals. The energy and joy that Lakisha exudes is Contagious. I look forward to her classes weekly! The classes I've taken with Lakisha at The Residency are OUTSTANDING! Not only does she include cardio, toning and flexibility; her playlists and routines are FI-YAH and she makes every class SUPER FUN! She's an expert fitness instructor who really knows how to motivate her students and keep us coming back for more!

Working with Pangea has been awesome. I particularly love the Zumba fitness classes that is taught by Lakisha. She is an energetic and motivational instructor that makes dancing fun. My cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone has greatly improved since working with her.

From the first impression I knew this was going to be a great company to work with. My trainer pushed me with out being over baring. He listened to what my main concerns were and always made sure he tailored the program for me. This is the best experience I have had with a trainer.

My experience for the past month and a half, with Pangaea administrative and training staff has been very good, with strong communication and follow up. They have all been responsive, thorough, and kind. I’m very happy with the mobile at home training model, and reasonable pricing. No excuses!
I started working with Mel and he’s a very experienced trainer and great motivator with just the right balance of challenge, encouragement, compassion, and humor. Last week I started training with Marcus and he’s personable and enthusiastic. I’m addition to increasing my activity level I’ve lost 12lbs since I started.
My journey to reclaim fitness is just beginning and I’m thankful for the support of the Pangaea team.

Would 100% recommend anyone looking for personal training or fitness education to Pangea! I workout with Mel and he is the best; knowledgable, personable, always pushes you, will work at your level but doesn't give you shortcuts...I tried :) Love that you can pick your location to workout and working a time that fits best into your schedule. It is not a one-size fits all program, tailored to you individually to meet your fitness goals. You know you found gold with Pangaea from day one!

Glad I found them. I work out/train with both Mel and Arturo. I stay motivated and they push me to do things I didn’t think I could physically do. They keep me engaged and for the first time in years I actually look forward to going to work out. Been doing this just over a month now and already see results with my weight and my tone. Everyone at Pangaea has been Awesome! I was very nervous and they all made me feel comfortable. Joanna responded so quick we I inquired, answered all of my questions, and got me set up for my evaluation fast. Mel did my evaluation. He explained everything and made sure I understood and was comfortable with the process. My trainer was Will and he was an amazing trainer. He made me feel proud even with the smallest accomplishments. He pushed me without making me feel uncomfortable and made sure I understood the entire process and why we were doing what we were doing with each step. I highly recommend Pangaea if you are looking for a trainer!!!

We joined Pangaea in May this year but have only been training with Taqwa Baity since July .Taqwa is terrific !
