I have been training with Coach Britt for four years and have been a client of their personal training business for the past three years. During this time, Coach has provided consistent support and is always tailoring my sessions to focal areas or upcoming activities (outdoor hikes etc) that I plan to pursue.
As I’m aging, my primary focus has been on improving core strength, balance, and flexibility, while also addressing specific problem areas and painful joints—including my shoulders, hips, and knees. Britt consistently designs workouts that target these focal areas, helping me build strength and stability while minimizing discomfort and that incorporates a fun and instructive atmosphere. Their knowledge of exercise modifications and joint-friendly techniques has been invaluable in keeping me active and progressing safely without injuries that would set me back.
I highly recommend Coach Britt and Perform CLT to anyone seeking a knowledgeable low stress personal trainer, especially if you have specific areas of concern or chronic joint pain.

I've been working with Cassidy for over a year. I'm hypermobile and came to her with a lot of weakness, pain, and imbalances. In less than a year she took me from barely being able to do a step-up without wobbling, to deadlifting more than my body weight and doing one whole unassisted pull-up! I have almost zero pain, and when I have a flare up, I know what to do to get it under control quickly.
Cassidy is kind, encouraging, fun, and also knows her stuff. She has been able to balance giving me enough of a challenge to make progress, but not too much to cause pain issues. She also listens to my complaining and provides much needed banter to keep me motivated early in the morning! Highly Recommend!!!
