Cassie is a fantastic and thoughtful trainer! I set myself a goal to run a Spartan 5k with a few months of training before-hand. Cassie was able to help train and prepare me for this race. By the time it came around I felt completely capable of doing it, and finished it feeling great! Cassie had clearly put a lot of thought into our training sessions leading up to the race, doing research online to see what sorts of obstacles will be there, and came up with exercise and homework routines that helped train me for race day. She knew exactly how hard to push me such that with each session I felt more comfortable and confident in my abilities. I highly recommend Cassie for anyone that has an upcoming race or specific fitness goal! She will go above and beyond to ensure you're doing your best and are well-prepared for the big day!

Cassie has been working with me for about three years. She is amazing. As someone who has lots of injuries and complex health issues, she can always create a work out personalized to my needs that still kicks my butt. Her gym is an awesome space and she really goes out of her way to make it an accommodating space. I love that I can always be barefoot. So glad to know her and work with her, she is motivating, intelligent, thoughtful, caring, kind and just an all round amazing person. I have learned so much from her and will continue to recommend her to anyone wherever you are in your health journey.

I started weekly training sessions with Cassie in my first trimester of my first pregnancy - and I’m very glad I did!
She’s super knowledgable about safe, efficient prenatal movement. Cassie’s also a mom herself - so she knows how to hold emotional space with me as I’m confronted with a changing (growing!) body each week. It’s a special treat to spend time in her light and plant filled space.
Thank you Cassie! Our time together has helped me feel physically and emotionally ready for labor & delivery.

I have had the privilege of working with Cassie over the last two months and have found the quality of her instruction unparalleled. She is an exceptional athlete and coach who is extremely adept at "diagnosing the learner" and tailoring her instruction to the relevant context.
For the last ten years, I have been a self-taught bodyweight exercise enthusiast learning almost entirely from books and internet sources. Before my first session with Cassie was over, I knew I was in expert hands and was wishing that I had received her eagle-eyed and hands-on instruction years ago. Cassie is superb at identifying deficiencies and teaching progressions to help overcome both physical and mental weaknesses--If you want skills, Cassie has the drills!
Cassie is an engaged and engaging instructor whose class time is always utilized to maximal efficiency. She comes prepared--there is no wasted time or fluff during our sessions. My classes with her are so much fun, the Google doc she provides with class summary and homework is invaluable, and her training space is beautiful. Cassie is phenomenal! She has an amazing ability to work with you wherever you are fitness-wise and challenge you to do things you didn’t know you were capable of doing. She has a knack for tweaking exercises to meet your needs, particularly if you bring an injury—new or old—to the studio for any given session. I can’t think of a better person to help you meet your functional fitness goals. I’m in my forties, have been training with her for nearly 2 years now, and am in the best shape of my life.

I've been working with Cassie for about 2 years. She is gentle in demeanor and pushes you to new heights in what you can accomplish all the while making sure that you are doing movement appropriate for you OWN body. She has extensive acrobatic and gymnastic experience (search for her circus classes and own performances). She is not afraid to take on teaching adults who want to get stronger, get fit and also want to learn skills like a handstand or handspring. What's important as an adult if you want to do these things is to find someone who understands the ADULT part. I went from not even being anywhere near able to handstand (as in complete crash on my head - zero holding up) to kicking up into a great handstand and cartwheel, etc. No gymnastics background for me either. She will break the skills down into drills and homework. Then one day, you can do something you did not think was possible. She also figures in the healthy part to get you motivated. I will not do squat to be healthy - but I will do my "Cassie homework" to get me that next skill.
I also have a spine condition - and it is through body weight training and gymnastics that I had done extremely well. People like me are often with spinal fusions by now and I am no where near that. My spine and neuro docs are amazed that not only that I can walk normally (no canes, no more brace) and I can do some really cool stuff. When others turned me away, Cassie took on the challenge and worked around my funky spine. And my husband is now training too and we do some acro too. Next stop - handsprings and tucks. Me = 40s. Yeah really. 40s.

I have only been working with Cassie for one month but already I can feel the difference. She is patient, encouraging and perceptive. She has focused on strength training, flexibility and balance with me, but clearly can tailor to individual needs. The workouts we do are different each week so it doesn't get boring. My daughter adores Cassie. She has taken both aerial silks and acro with Cassie. I am always amazed how much my daughter learns in a short amount of time. Cassie is great at breaking down complicated moves to make learning them more manageable. She is great at encouraging while at the same time not pushing. I have also had the pleasure of seeing Cassie perform and she was amazing. I am so glad my daughter has such a wonderful, talented role model to look up to.

Cassie is an amazing coach and a truly inspirational person. She pushes you when you feel like you can’t push any further, and she makes it fun to get in shape. I have taken Aerial Silks classes for almost two years with Cassie and I couldn’t imagine having a better coach. She is extremely patient and kind, and is always willing to help in any way possible. I have never left class feeling discouraged; instead I always feel accomplished and excited to show family and friends the new skills I’ve accomplished. Her Ultimate Body Smackdown is a great way to get in shape and push yourself to your limits while having a great time. Her Acro and Handstand classes are just as wonderful. All around, she is a great coach and an outstanding person to work with. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking for motivation and a fun way to get in shape and meet/work with new people!

I have been to numerous fitness classes and some acro classes offered by Cassie. The classes are highly fun and effective. I've always gotten a good workout, and sometimes I get one heck of a workout that leaves me with that "hurt so good" experience. I know that she puts a lot of time into planning her classes and strives to make sure that they are appropriate for the varying levels of the participants who are there. The fitness classes are awesome for getting me to push myself harder than I would on my own; and I'm happy that we go out for tacos afterwards.
I've also had some personal training from Cassie to learn new skills in acrobatics and movement. She's definitely a highly trained instructor with years of experience in coaching and teaching, and it shows. Highly recommend.
