About the Club

I start each client with a movement assessment. I check each client's body fat percentage and body mass index and also range of motion. Then I give them a strength assessment. Each client will get a individualized workout program and also a meal plan to help with their health and fitness goals.

Edit: Now ive been with kurt for over four & a half years! Hes been able to keep me committed for soo long now. If anything hes even better. He studies all the time. We now do our sessions over zoom or facebook -i love that. He continues to push me, but is always aware of my injuries, & prepares my workouts accordingly. Why didnt i mention the following in my review the first time, smh, but hes flexible with scheduling whenever he can be, & hes Very reasonably priced!! end edit/

Ive been with kurt for almost 1.5 years. Its almost impossible to get me to commit to anything for this long. Kurt, however, has somehow found a way to keep me commited to my health. Mostly through his work ethic, friendliness, professionalism, encouragement, and all my efforts to derail him during our workouts. Somehow he makes it fun. Well, Kind of fun.
He specializes in injuries (he says, "corrective excersizes") and senior fitness.
I am Very overweight, and have injuries. Hes Very commited to helping me as much as he can, having me at least move. Sometimes we do chair excersizes, which is surprisingly like a workout.

Kurt is my second trainer and has been working with me for 8 months. I'm meeting my goals while working around a knee, lower back, and rotor cuff injuries. I continue to drive 30 min to work with him when there is a gym 10 min from my house but he is not there so I go to him. Kurt is very knowledgeable while being personable and motivating at the same time. Definitely worth checking him out.

Kurt is well studied and applies the workouts that your body needs to correct weak points. I’m pushing 50 and he keeps me where I can still enjoy physical activities, like surfing.. where he works on my balance, strength ,and speed. Couldn’t ask for a better coach !!!
