I am incredibly encouraged after my three private sessions with Sarah! For years, I struggled with sciatica flare-ups that had become more frequent as I've gotten older. More recently, I'd also been battling chronic sits bone pain for months. That pain is basically gone now. I am not one to exaggerate β this truly has been life-changing!
At each appointment, Sarah took the time to listen to my specific concerns and immediately addressed the issues comprehensively, engaging both big and small muscle groups. We focused on the Reformer and also simple exercises I can do at home. She even taught me the basics of the machine for when I'm ready to take a class. Sarah clearly enjoys helping her clients feel their best! Her space is private, cozy, well-lit, and relaxing, and she is wonderfully positive. 5 out 5 β I can't recommend her enough!

I have been seeing Sarah weekly for 10 months now, and working with her has improved my life in many ways.
I suffer from chronic upper back and neck discomfort and I have noticed significant reduction in pain and discomfort over the past 10 months. She takes care to always make sure that nothing we do causes additional pain or discomfort. I feel stronger, more balanced, and am in less pain than a year ago.
In addition, her work has improved the quality of my time at the gym. As a result of her sessions, I have more awareness of how all parts of my body work together, which has improved my form and how I approach exercise in general. I'm sure this has led to better gains and less change of injury.

My experience with Sarah has been incredible. I have been dealing with significant hip and upper back discomfort since giving birth and caring for young children. Sarah has worked with me to develop my core and full body strength to a point where I am much, much more comfortable and able to enjoy an active lifestyle. Sarah is tremendously knowledgable, flexible to meet you where you are, and completely down to earth. I've gained so much from my sessions with her, and I highly recommend others to work with Sarah as well.

Sarah is incredible. She is patient and attentive. Her expertise in Pilates is extensive and shows through her instruction.
