Tried the Golf Stretch & Stability today. If you are serious about golf this is a great class, it will help your game. Molly S. is a great instructor .

Very nice facility. Clean with good equipment. Fortunately rarely crowded because lots of people tie up the weight machines doing multiple sets.

I tried a Months Trial Membership to see if I'd like this Facility and I did! It has a great Gym, Fabulous Pool with a Whirlpool & a Sauna! The Gym has 2 floors of wonderful Equipment available, Tread Mills, Rowing Machines, Weight Rooms, Basket Ball Court! Also there are a variety of Classes available! The Pool, Whirpool, Changing Rooms, Showers all kept very Clean! I love the Pool, it's an Olympic size with 5 defined swim lanes and a Shallow Area with several lanes! Also, a Poolside Shower before entering Pool or Whirlpool with plenty seating around the Pool! The Pools Shallow end is in good use with a ramp for PT, Water Arobics & Children's Swim Lessons! Plenty of swim equipment, float belts, Paddle Boards, Noodles excetra! A Plus, they have great Life Guards on Duty! Love this place, will be joining as a Member! Also great rates, specially for Military, Seniors! Great Fitness Center!

Would be perfect if they put awnings on the front windows. Faces Southwest. No amount of air conditioning helps with the heat.
