I quit this gym because they would not upkeep facilities after years of refusing to go back i finally went back, 3 weeks and 2 request still the nearest hand sanitizer to treadmills remains empty... asking 2 people and still nothing... guess I'll be looking at other options, rather pay more drive further than go to a gym that dies not upkeep sanitization... ps I like to sanitize hands because alot of the people do not wipe fitness their machine afterwards

Great gym! I go during less popular hours and not too long ago started attending. Always appears clean, staff is always attentive, little wait for anything. Main thing is use the app before you go to see what the crowd looks like to get in and get out with little to no waits.

Always clean! The staff very helpful and respectful. I recommend this PF to anyone that wants to enjoy their workouts. My only recommendation is to have a clunk alarm over by the 30 minute workout area, people like to camp on those machines and it really ruins the workout.

After cancelling my no contract membership in May 205 I sometime was set up again for a black card membership. I called the club and all they could say was “we can’t help you and you have to pay the buyout charge” I told them Im no longer in the country and still no other option but pay pay!!! Definitely a horrible experience and horrible customer service!!!

I haven’t been here in an extremely long time, but I needed to go and jumpstart my body in the right direction. I walked in and Willie signed me in, I asked about a trainer, he was extremely kind and informative. I went used equipment and had an unexpected nice workout. My apprehension about coming back was gone, because Willie made me feel like I was coming home every step of the way. THANK YOU WIILLIE !

The best full body massage chairs and hydro water massage chair 🥰 I've gone at several different times and it never feels crowded compared to the way the parking lot looks. I don't think we have ever had to wait either. Can't beat the price for this gym. I would prefer the area of the hydro chairs for the lights to be turned down. Love it here, no complaints 😍

5/11/25 the customer service reps could care less about the equipment at Planet Fitness on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville NC…. I asked about televisions and the one female AA REP she just kept her hands inside her shirt and looked at me like I was an alien. She said “ some work “ she did not try to help me find a treadmill tv that worked or anything. Just lazy no professionalism useless. I heard A LOT of convos about inappropriate topics… as they laughed as customers went from treadmill to treadmill looking for working tv equipmemt

Every bed was either missing bulbs or out of order, this is a regular thing there,
We ended up at Ramsey, where we were greeted with very friendly people, everything was clean, we were shocked to find stools in the tanning rooms,

1700 21feb2025 for one, why is your music so loud? It's overshadowing my headphones for two. Why is the fan in the stretching area not working? And I did ask the staff about the fan and she stated light skin young lady . Dark hair That all of the fans are on one light switch and that if it's not working it's not working. Also some of the equipment and kit is lacking which I only noticed because I went into the stretching area so I will be leaving pictures.

Great gym. Lots of weights and machines. 24hrs. Good rates. It gets busy sometimes, even with alot of choices, but it's a popular place so I understand. The only reason I give it a four is because I wish they had fitness classes, and like every gym you have people that come in to hang out and tie up equipment. Oh yeah, and the massage chair after is lovely!

Love planet fitness for equipment and being able to work out freely and comfortably. But trying to cancel is hell on earth. You have to write a letter (so 90s) or you have to go in person (my car was (totaled)! Most gyms allow you to cancel by calling or through their website. Making it easier to cancel for users and makes you users want to come back to them first. Automatic renewal of membership just no freedom to cancel easily if there is any sudden life change. I would recommend but don’t have any life changes that may prevent you from getting there

I'm so grateful I signed up!!! I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles at the front desk and got my membership set up in a flash. I was so nervous about not knowing what I'm doing or seeming out of place but this place has the loveliest, non-judgmental atmosphere ever! But the best part by far is the trainer, I adore her! Miranda listened to my goals and created a plan for me that I'm super excited about. You can tell she loves what she does and never lost her patience even when she had to correct my form a million and a half times. She celebrated with me and made me feel capable of achieving my goals. Overall place is clean, music is great, equipment is great. I just wish I signed up sooner. 💜

i prefer to go in the middle of the night when the gym is mostly empty. very clean compared to others i’ve been to and the usual third shift guy is super friendly! i swear i’ve never seen him in a bad mood. only thing i have to say is the showers do tend to go cold pretty quickly in the women’s locker room but turning the water off and back on fixes it, no biggie.

My PF location has been a game changer! I started a health journey a couple of years ago and went from 450 to 330. After a death in the family we had to move 4 hours away, then a suffered a back injury. I was in a bad place and terrified to get back into the gym. After lots of research and recommendations, I decided to sign up for PF. They did not disappoint! The environment is so welcoming, everything is clean, the staff is amazing and I look forward to PF helping me get to my goal and strengthening my back again! I enjoy going to planet fitness It’s a couple things need attention , I know it’s a 24 hr gym but I know it’s down time when not many people are there, with that being said the gym really needs a deep cleaning I’ve been there several times and the same piece of paper is on the floor that was there 3 days earlier, also the equipment in certain spots is very very dusty and also on the floor near the equipment is hair which is so nasty , The floor needs to be swept it really shows when the sun is shining on it. The employees are standing around talking which if it’s two people one could be cleaning I’ve only seen one young lady dusting. I’ve seen people on equipment taking up time just on there phone when another person is trying to use that equipment some of them will be working out on one thing and put their water bottle on other equipment so nobody can use it that really pisses me off. Also I’ve seen a lot of people working out with crocs , slides and some in there socks which is very dangerous. One day a young lady was on the stair master with socks on . I hope this review will help and changes are made . I would also like to add one more thing staff may need to walk around often to check for weights left out after someone has used them and didn’t put them back I almost fell because I didn’t realize it was there . I see this often.

This gym is an amazing gym. But unfortunately the guy overnight tyler continually leaves the front desk and stays in the office for hours at end. He’s either in the back sleep in the office and or he’s outside somewhere sleeping in his car, but he’s never at the front desk. This puts things at this gym in a whole new perspective. A lot of woman go to this gym at night and seeing a male presence there overnight not only makes them feel safe at the front desk but give them a sense of security to feel safe coming for the gym at night. Not only that the front desk attendant is kind of like a security guard, they are protecting the merchandise at the register and the money in the drawer. However this guy tyler seems to think it’s perfectly normal and ok to leave the front desk for hours on end and not do his job. As long as Tyler is working there overnight the gym is at risk and anyone can just walk in there and steal ur valuables and potentially hurt u . Besides now they have homes less people just walking in at night not even being a member and taking showers. This has to stop. I will be going to skibbo from now on. Please guys u guys are doing such a wonderful job if Tyler is not going to do his job by keeping the gym safe and people protected along with there belongings please replace him. Besides he’s already sleeping in his car and In the office . Just let him stay home and sleep. Also let me add that Tyler does this every single night he works. He doesn’t miss a beat in terms of him sleeping in his car or allowing homeless people to come in and take showers or random people off the street come in. This never happened until he started working there hands down I’m confident management will handle this because they have great management there. Unfortunately management can’t see everything but always trust ur members because they value the gym and would like to continue to workout there but I’m sure sooner or later if this is not handled soemthing bad will happen.
