Multiple women reported harassment by the same man. They allowed him to keep coming back after being caught multiple time pleasuring himself while watch women through a wall cut out. They didn’t do anything about it until the police got involved, after he followed a woman into the store (roses) pleasuring himself AGAIN! This is not a place safe for young women, minors, or wife’s. Not a "judgement free zone" I was doing HIIT and singing to some music then a staff member along with a customer came up to me somewhat aggressively and "reprimanded" me for singing. Exact words "we can hear you all the way at the mens locker room" which was about 15' from where we were standing.

Right after that I went to try to cancel my membership and they wanted a $60 cancelation fee. I just went on the app and switched my card information to a privacy.com card with $1 on it and never went back.

I've been a member of Planet Fitness (in Wilmington, Chapel Hill and Laurinburg)since 2015. I appreciate the availability and variety of equipment, the long hours so I can go in when it's convenient for me, and I particularly appreciate being greeted first thing in the morning by helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff - Tracy is the best - of the Laurinburg location.

I'm very disappointed with my experience today. I drove all the way from Fayetteville to Laurinburg because a Google search showed you were open with special Christmas Eve hours. However, the hours posted at your door were completely different.
This wasted my time as I don't live in the area and relied on that information. It's incredibly frustrating to have made this journey based on incorrect hours.
Could you please update your Google Business Profile to reflect your actual hours, especially during holidays? This will prevent others from the same inconvenience.

This is my home club. In my opinion this is the best club I’ve attended. I’m a black card member and I’ve been to clubs across the country and none come close to outshining this club. The Laurinburg location seems well managed; the staff is always courteous, the equipment is clean and well maintained, the locker room area is always clean. Definitely a “five star” location!

I had a great first experience as a guest at this location. The gym staff was accommodating and kind. This location had all the equipment I needed to workout on and availability was not an issue. The facility was clean and inviting. Gym members seemed to follow the cleaning and judgment free protocol. I am strongly considering changing my membership from my current gym.

Laurinburg plant fitness is great the biggest downfall for me at the moment is that they are not 24/7 so its hard to get a workout in on the weekends with my schedule. If they were, it would be five stars no problem but i hope they change this because its a request that multiple members have.

Laurinburg NC location is Extremely clean and safe. The equipment is kept up to date and functioning properly. The locker room is nice and clean as well. This location is 5 star Hotel clean. I haven't seen a piece of broken equipment. They constantly and thoroughly clean the equipment from the moment you enter until you leave.No better gym and definetly no better Planet Fitness location than Laurinburg, NC to be at.

Smith machine always packed the dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs the bench is over there are always taking up there's no squat rack there's no bench rack there's no incline rack there's only four Smith machines and there are millions of old people and people that don't know what they're doing the don't even let you cancel the membership at least 100.00

Usually walk in an no one is at the desk and when I leave employees are usually on their phones or too busy talking to each other ignoring members like me as they walk out without saying a word. Manager is really friendly but majority of the staff just seems like they either don’t care or too busy trying to make plans after work. Focus on your members more than your phones.
