Very clean and welcoming environment. All staff members have been very friendly, helpful and attentive. All of the equipment appears to be well maintained. The locker rooms/bathrooms are very clean. It’s a very spacious gym, lots of equipment and room for everyone to exercise. 10/10 recommend!

The gym has multiple equipment options for every workout routine for the day. I like to look at myself in the mirror as I workout without feeling like I’m in the way for someone else to enjoying theirs. At the right position, one can have different views of myself targeting a certain group of muscles. LOVE IT!

For what it is, I like Planet Fitness. The equipment is good enough for almost any fitness goal except something hard core. I will workout here until I require specialized equipment need for competition level events. You can build a foundation for any fitness goal here.

Since I am local, I run into folks that I know on the rare occasion, which is nice. Most of the time I just do my own thing. Yes there is some excessive socialization by inconsiderate people and the gym seems to attract more of them than you would find most anywhere else. My solution: Wear dark sunglasses and headphones.

The club is much better than it was a few years ago… the staff was a clique not interested in customer service, but it has much improved.

Planet Fitness is especially good for rehab from injury or surgery.

Planet Fitness charged me an annual fee days after I cancelled membership and refuse to refund me!!! They also won't tell you that you can now cancel your membership online without coming in person or mailing in a cancellation request.

I had to travel down to RM to cancel since I relocated from there and then being told, "oh it just changed for you to cancel online." Wasted time, gas and energy.

This planet fitness normally is very good. Clean, machines mostly maintained in working order.

2 weight machines went out of service
Over 3.5 weeks ago.
Some time between last Tuesday
And this morning 2 more machines
Went out of service, totaling
4 weight machines in the same area,
Are now out of service.
2 of them are similar workout machines.
I use 9 machines, 3 of which are out
Of service.
Normally it takes PF a couple of weeks
To get machines back on the line fully
Operational.
What is going on with their maintenance Dept?

Visited here while in town for travel ball. I'm impressed with this one cause it's about twice as big as my home club. All the equipment I used was in good condition. The locker room was clean and also twice the size of my club at home. A good place for a quick workout👍🏻

Solid gym for the price - good equipment, clean everywhere, friendly employees, and nice environment overall. Really like the new machines they put in. My only critique is that I’ve noticed it was 75° on the thermostats two days in a row which caused me to cut my workouts short. Just way too hot for a gym.

Everything from the workout/lifting stations to the tanning rooms to the locker rooms and shower was as expected, clean safe and very high quality, based on my repeat experiences here. If you see bad reviews just remember everyone has a rough day every now and then AND that the vibe you get often depends on the vibe/attitude you bring to the circumstances 😀. Sanitation stations are abundant and all around as are safe health practices in place. Let’s Keep on working out and do our part to keep our “planet fitness” here in town clean and safe.

Planet Fitness is good. However, I wish members or potential members (like myself and my mom) were allowed to pay monthly and yearly dues with a credit card and not a bank account/debit card. Members or potential members should have options regarding their money/payments. Its one reason we have not signed up. There is another fitness place that cost a little more but has options to pay by credit card and that is very good.

Will keep taking your money even after you cancel membership. I personally cancelled my account 2 years ago. Not once have I stepped foot into a planet fitness in those 2 years. Noticed that they were taking money out of my account still. There excuse is somebody didn’t do it right. I'm a black card member that would come to this gym almost everyday. I went to use the restroom this morning while charging my phone which I told them I was doing.

I gave them my phone number which didn't pull up in their system. But they see me come everyday. I told them I was just going to use the restroom and come right back with my phone.

0 accommodation. I have come to the gym just about everyday. They have seen me before. They acted like they don't recognize me. Not every frontdesk representative at planet fitness is like those guys I encountered now and today.

The other one let me through. This negative experience of not allowed to use the restroom when I'm a black member and has come there everyday has pushed me over the edge to not want to come back here.

Its one thing if the person isn't recognizable. Its another thing knowing so and not having the human dignity to let me use the restroom.

1 star for sure. Black card membership with planet fitness means nothing. They couldn't pull my info up without my number when other gyms I've been to they could with it.

I don't think all their gyms have same consisten system connected to their network. Not my problem. Not my fault.

Another thing I noticed about this place on 7.21.24 in the middle of hot summer that they are trying to save money to ac. The ac is barely working making it difficult to workout.

Update 7.21.24. Someone must have listened because in the middle of my workout the ac kicked in..so that's worth going to 2 stars. 8,:05am

A great fitness center, everything is clean, the equipment is all ok and has no wear and tear..., the changing rooms and showers are clean, the center itself is very bright with lots of sunlight, the employees are all very friendly and helpful.

The only criticism I have is that you have to register to be able to train there, even if you only want to train for 1 month, there should be better offers that are uncomplicated... otherwise very satisfied and I enjoy training

Nice gym, very nice spa but they have the old massage chairs. Clean gym and bathrooms. Nice big locker room but bathroom stalls were a bit narrow so were the showers so I used one of the handicap ones since there were 2 ( which was very nice) and it was very late. Charles was helpful and friendly.

After not getting into a PF for a few weeks, this was a great treat! Great staff! Nice facility, including the slightly “snug”, but good showers. Maybe I actually put on some inches around my waist? 🤷🏾‍♂️ They have larger showers, primarily for the physically challenged. And they’re extra large! However, I didn’t want to chance that someone would need the larger ones while I was there.
