I pay for my dad’s account and my account. They are both black card memberships. In two weeks I have been charged $134 in random fees that apparently no one knows what for. Every time I call the support they say I won’t be charged the bill I’m getting emailed about and my accounts active, yet I get charged the bill and an extra $15 fee for no reason. Do not recommend getting a membership here.

This place just gets worse and worse. Typically go while 3 shift is there because day staff is just generally not at the desk 10 min or more at a time or not helpful. The cleanliness is going south to where it reeks to even walk through during busy hours. And the panhandling in the parking lot is getting to a point of significant safety risk. Not a value when the quality just continues to decline

They might have top quality weights but the drafting procedures is meant to overdraft your bank account

I visited about 4 times and each time I noticed that there needs to be way more attention towards keeping up with the cleanliness of the bathroom. I also had a bad experience when some man bothered me mid workout. I made a complaint to the desk staff but definitely don’t feel safe going here after that experience and the location doesn’t help either.

Worst Customer Service ever! I explain to them I have duplicate accounts with back financial support. They denied any refunds. Worst planet fitness I’ve ever been to. Management kept following me around (she has purple hair and she’s heavy set) and they (the whole entire store) is VERY unprofessional. Mats are torn, massage chairs peeling, only one hydro massage chair is working, and I’m going to mention UNPROFESSIONAL once again. Terrible experience I called about a $60 charge, and Omar was confused and couldn’t help. When I spoke to the manager, Devon, she was rude, dismissive, and cut me off constantly. While I was on hold, I overheard Devon and other staff gossiping about me and even calling me names. This is supposed to be a ‘No Judgment Zone,’ but I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Not the supportive environment Planet Fitness claims to be.

Mariah the general manager failed to educate my mom who is on a fixed income that she needed a second for of payment,this Reynolda location has consistently charged my mom 3late fees on an account that she is closed to only charge the active account late fees.We are awaiting to hear from The Director of Operations will provide an update.Poor customer Service-Lack of empathy.Was told by Mariah to complete a contact us Form just to receive an email stating to call the local office who refused to help.

At all cost, avoid this place. I used to think this place was a great place to workout, no. The former staff used to be awesome. Now, several minutes ago I found out how crucial the employees and manager can be, I am talking today. The manager called the police on me (30 to 40 min ago) stating the previous week I had been following an employee. Like, lady, I am the law and much more. Her attitude is not what a true manager should be, she laughed then, smirking, I guess thinking the situation was funny. She should not hold her position. What employee? Where was the employee that made the accusations? Why did the employee not speak up then say, it was not this older lady because I am too old to be chasing or following people, for what? My schedule does not allow me to follow anyone. I spend the majority of my days (not in that bad news bear city) on the road working, doing business and hunting bad people like her. Who is the employee and what time of day did this occur? Morning are not my usual workouts. Huh! People... lies people tell. I cannot worry about people like her because the lord will repay and when he repays, he will do just.

Caleb was awesome in showing me around the facility, his tour was detailed just enough to know where stuff was and showed and explained the black card members area which the Kernersville PF never did nor did the Fond Du Lac PF. I was highly impressed with his knowledge and being a trainer and getting me set up for my membership and class. I did have to cancel my membership last week after 2 months of being a member because I was getting charged drastic payments for no reason. And when I called the location, that I go too they told me it was because I had insufficient funds in my account. Which I did NOT so the employee who was very nice told me to contact my bank. When I called the bank I was told I had enough in my account and that this is an ongoing thing with Planet Fitness and they have been charging a lot of people drastic fees ( after already paying the annua and monthly payment.) I should’ve only be paying $25 + tax because I had the black card membership. PF would never charge me on time for the (17th) of each month since I have joined but they would DEFINITELY charge me for late payments so they can get more money. I even went to workout the day my payment was due and asked the worker when they would take it out of my account and they had no idea what time it would be taken on that day each month. On top of that they charged me $60 a few times.( WITHIN 2 months). If it weren’t for any of that I would have given them a 5 star rating and I would still have been a member to this day because it is a nice and clean place to workout compared to other public gyms and the workers are very nice.

I have had so many problems with this location which started on the first day I visited. A friend works out here and wanted me to join. I did a one day trial last December. It was my first time there and I wasn't sure what to do so I approached the desk to ask for help and was met with a cold stare from the employee after I said hello. I asked what I was supposed to do and she just frowned at me. Luckily another employee came over to help but it was a bizarre exchange. No one gave me a tour (which I later found out they were supposed to) but at least the second person was friendly. I decided to give it a shot so I could work out with my friend but I have had a multitude of issues. It just does not feel like the nicest place for one. The locker room and parking lot often smell like marijuana for instance. One good thing is their machines were recently updated. I was hoping to lift weights but there are always so many people I never get a chance to get to the machines, particularly for upper body. I decided to simply use elliptical and treadmill and it is still not a terrible deal for the price. yet most recently I have dealt with a host of new customer service issues. All over their website they tout that you get a free month if you refer someone. Well I referred another friend with a code and yet I never received my credit. It has been two weeks of me calling back and forth with their managers to get the credit. I have literally called 5 times at least and have been told the issue has been resolved. yet it has not. Today they won't even answer their phone. The staff here truly sucks and it doesn't seem like the most professional place. Also feel they need more weights equipment to accommodate crowds. One good thing is their machines are new and membership is cheap. Just know customer service is non existent.

Hot, humid, over crowded. 100 cardio machines but barely any for working out. Always have to wait to use anything that’s not cardio. No cell service, very loud. Flickering lights. Even the water fountain water was hot…I only came here because it was my only option at the time. Typical PF experience. Most people just on their phones not working out. Most uncomfortable hip abductor machine I’ve ever used. Barely any privacy for the showers in the locker room. Cancelled my membership the same day. Winston needs more lifting gyms

I understand no judgment zone, but does that have to mean no hygiene zone??? There should be a rule in place. I literally just left mid workout because of the smell. The first machine I wanted to use was empty, but as I approached I realized why. The smell from the person working out on the next machine was so intense no one wants to use the machine to the side. I went to the other side of the gym by the dumbbells and everything was going well. There was a bench open next to me and someone approached to use it. Same smell. I racked my weights and left the gym. You have to know this affects your business. I cannot be the only person who feels this way. If you have cameras, please look at them and look at peoples facial expressions. You can see when the smell reaches there nose. I have seen people stop mid rep because of it. I ask for all evening workout clients that you please put up a sign about this.

They allow people to linger on limited machines scrolling on cell phones which is actually impacting others, but make a big thing about lunks wearing tank tops and drinking from a gallon jug which impacts nobody. I complained and was told 'some people are inconsiderate' by an employee who could careless and did nothing and gave no indication she'd even pass on my complaint to the manager as I asked her to. Resist employee got mad because he said I grunted to loud! These gyms are sad because you can’t even lift a little heavy and they already want to point out that your been to loud, or that your slamming weights! I had an issue with one of the staff he continued to approach me and kept saying the same comments over and over. When I would follow the rules as it should have been. He kept this up for about a year! Until I had enough I want everyone to know this gym is racist. The guy in charge doesn’t like people of color. He would target me and that when I told him everything to his face how it was bad treatment of personnel. And the way he handled situation was very rude!!!!! And unorganized and unprofessional!!!! I went to the gym at around 1am, and there was a sketchy guy walking around the gym doing not much of anything. the blonde guy working asked him to leave because he was being weird. the man was walking around outside as i was leaving and the nice blonde man working escorted me and my friend to our car to make sure we got out safely. i love this planet fitness!
