Queen Of All Thingz fitness bands are really great for taking your workout to the next level. They are great for physical therapy as well! I purchased mine following a car accident and was very grateful to be able to gradually introduce the three different strength regimens into my therapeutic exercising routines. Each certainly forced my body to engage muscles that needed repair and strengthening!
