Very frustrated after tonight. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to ANYONE! The so called “office lady” is very unprofessional, cold, and is not friendly with kids nor parents. This was my daughters first experience doing gymnastics. The office lady who would join with these 5/6 year olds I would notice several times that she would roll her eyes at my daughter when she wasn’t understanding the concept. I’m sorry but she’s 6 and not on a competitive league. She needs to understand that these girls have to learn at some point. It’s almost like she didn’t want to be bothered and found that some of the girls were just dumbfounded. This gym needs to hire someone who loves kids because she isn’t that person. Tonight my daughter was crying and the women walked over and said to me “ if she’s going to participate then she needs to be over there stretching with the other girls.” I’m sorry- Do you not think as me being the parent doesn’t know that??? After tonight I ended up on unenrolling her. I will not watch along side seeing my 6 year old being treated like that. I highly advise anyone to look into a different gym. This isn’t a friendly and loving environment. We will be taking our money elsewhere.

I am so disappointed with how they manage their children’s classes; to any businesses: do not offer classes to young children if you do not want to deal with age appropriate behavior. If you offer mixed age group classes, don’t expect every child to be at the same level/display the same listening skills. It’s also so bizarre to me to offer a preschool class age group class for a range of 3-5 year olds (there is a HUGE developmental difference between 3 and 5) with a gym full of all other age groups practicing at the same time. Of course small kids are going to be distracted by everything going on, it’s overstimulating. These classes should be run during the day when the gym doesn’t have other practices going on. Additionally, teachers need to be better equipped to deal the age range they are working with and respect that toddlers are going to behave differently than 5 year olds. So glad I didn’t commit to signing up and paying tuition but to parents considering preschool classes, I would look elsewhere based on my experience.

I did an evaluation and was very impressed with the training. The gym was clean. The facilities are a little older, but functional. They have a good atmosphere and really encourage their students to learn.

Yesterday was my First and Last time dealing with Raleigh School of Gymnastics. I was charged with babysitting my niece, and part of that was to take her to her gymnastics class. She is 5 years old, she was embarrassed, by the teacher and some other lady. She was being talked about with her standing right there. They stated she needed to find another class. She went to the bathroom two times during her session, and they told us that they were only allowed a bathroom break during water break. Her grandmother with me as well. They said that she didn't pay attention, and that she walked away too many times. This is the class that they chose for her. Then when it was over we were pressured to make a decision based on this of her next class. We told the lady that were are not her parents, and that her father would have to make that decision. We were then given a rude attitude about some paperwork that needed to be filled out. We already spoke at that point to her father who had filled out all the necessary paperwork prior to the class. The staff seem to be rude, and you are suppose to role model behavior for children. I can promise my niece will not be back. Also don't get me going on the condition of the cleanliness of the building. I could have written everyone name in the dust and dirt on the blinds. Do better if you are going to be dealing with children. Learn to teach to different needs of different children. If my niece had not been in my presence, this would have gone differently.

Based on our experience, The worst place to have any types of competitions. The facility is very dirty and extremely dusty, the equipment is very old, and the seating areas are falling apart and the presenter is does not present himself in a professional matter in front of the gymnasts.
In addition, they charge for the parents to watch, the money collected should be utilized to keep the facility in good standing.
There is Nothing appealing about this place, you have better options in the Raleigh area.

Coach Jackie has taught our preschool aged daughter for 2 years now. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and this class. Jackie pays attention to each and every student and their individual needs. She uses positive language with the children but also pushes them in skill building. Our daughter's confidence and skills have grown tremendously! She enjoys going every week and that is saying something for a 4 year old!

This place is near to my home so I decided to take my daughter there. Unfortunately, the place is very disorganized and staff is robotic and a bit cold even with the children. Rudeness is the order of the day on top of unprofessional chaotic management. Besides that the poor ventilation is enough to stay away. Go to GymCarolina! It's farther but it's 10x better. The only good thing is that I noticed the teachers were attentive to detail and technique.

I LOVE this gym! My daughter has been here almost 3 years now. I have seen so much growth in her skills, determination and most important, sportsmanship! The coaches are tough but are also very caring! I will continue as long as my daughter wishes! Thaks RSG!
